I emailed him with an external email account, specifically Hotmail, just for the hell of it. Surprisingly, he responded and sent me the file explaining he never intended to release it to begin with.

Also as a PS to people here still looking for the "Marie Rose Race":  There was no playable race.  It was a poor translation of the description for RRC's Marie Rose follower (the follower has a "custom race", as do nearly all standalone followers...).  You should be able to find the follower download further back in this thread.

Actually, if you just open the esp with the creation kit and scroll down to the marie rose npc you can open the character sheet and just click "playable". Viola, now she's a playable race with her own (un-editable) headmesh and custom body mesh.

Yeah but... can't you do that with any standalone follower that has a custom race?  What makes RRC Marie Rose follower any different that her custom race has to be highlighted?  I've never tried making a playable race myself, so I'm not sure if there's more involved normally...

 What highlights the Marie Rose follower's custom race is the fact that she has a distinct head mesh that I believe was extracted from Dead or Alive into skyrim. And yes, you can do it with any standalone follower that is using their own race(notice however not all standalone followers use their own custom race)
