[DOA5LR] Honoka Topless & Flower Pasties mods

What kept me going was the learning part.    This is my first foray into game modding and it has been a very interesting experience.

 

Now that it doesn't make a whole lot of sense to continue throwing hours at creating tools due to all the available tools (they are amazing tools, by the way.  Big thanks to Dotouku san's hardwork), I am just going to take it slow from here on out.

But you managed to pretty much stay ahead of the curve on what was possible with tools versus making your own. Kudos for that. Is it now possible to do most of the things you did "on your own" with the currently available tools? If so, it would be great for someone to make some tutorials.

The problem as I understand it is that the parts of honokas body you want to see, (and indeed her nipples) are just holes in the original model, and there's no space to add anything to the mesh, so basically SaafRats and Timmy have already accomplished something of a miracle just adding her nipples. If it was easy to just drop her knickers they would have done, dontcha think?

 

That's why the...ahem...existing...ahem...Honoka full nude mods have been developed based on the other girls that already have been modded for full nudity.

 

Why the makers don't want to share them publicly is beyond me.

I guess that makes sense considering a full nude version of her is what everybody really wants. Modders have their reasons to share or not to share. I was just wondering why there wasn't a full nude version by now if we can give her bare boobs with a string bikini . Just makes a guy scratch his head. At this point I guess if we really want her bottom piece off we will have to do it ourselves

No, I know how to use SweetFX.

But you said that you are using Sweet FX / DOA FX filter, and there is a preset named "DOA FilterFX" in the SweetFX settings database.

So I think you mean that preset and downloaded it. That preset make my game looks awful, you know

I personally just use the game's config max the anti aliasing and use Holden's enhance skin, swimsuit, and sweat mods. Sweet FX is good in some degree, but its hard to get the perfect one if our monitors already make the game look clear enough if its a high end gaming one that is. Plus people have different settings based on how it looks on their monitors.

Could you show me how to add the costume slot 29 or 30. Because I can only add only 1 mod for honoka and that's the slot 15. So basically, I can't add a pasties flowers mod or the other nude color mod

Anyway can somebody post it for once waited so long why the creators of the game itself dont give us a nude mod what is so wrong about some simple nude models is beyond me really and why dont they update that game anymore waiting soo long on online mode in my humble opinion they are hypocrites put damn sexy models that are all as hot as hell and half dressed and than wondering why there are nude mods are made so dumb (If you dont want nude mods put only guys and ugly woman in your game this is just a case of cause and effect)just like the witcher 3 put porn and sex in but poor models missing genitals strage world we live in

The reason TN didn't add nude is because then it won't sell well.  Then it will cause controversy and think DOA5 is porn. That's why they can't do it. We are lucky we can mod the characters to nude or wear different clothings and stuff.  It's already bad enough hardcore community wanted focus on skills instead of for eye candy.   Yes TN hypocritally want modders to be moral instead of disrespect with the game by making the characters comepletely naked when it is TN the one been giving up swimsuits and lingering.

I just noticed that there's no dust (especially grey dust from street stage) on the breast part (pink bikini LOD and normal version). The other body parts can get covered with dust just fine. Is this intentional?

Too bad TimmyC lost his interest already in moding the game. But perhaps after seeing this, you could petition him to continue? And, maybe make it like a DLC format?

I did something similar (although no hex editting by me) I did recompile a "new" nude mode with both Honoka and Christie,  I also included the wings version of Nyotengu made by you (Mrmojo) and tried to credit all involved.

 

it was similarly removed (although I got no message as to why, I have also contacted an admin on this forum about it and got no response).

 

I'm not too upset it was removed, kinda expected it, but I am a bit disappointed I was not given a reason and have been ignored in my attempt to to contact them.

 

I'm now working on learning how to add accessories to it,  thinking with something to hide the neck seam we could have Sarah too...

 

 

anyway,  sorry to derail this post,  back to talking about Honoka topless

The full nude mod is from a japanese site, you guys can google "pinkcafe bbs" and skim through the board. The DOA5 mod board is now version 19 and the mod is around 16,17 if I remember correctly :-?
