Asari race mod?

So, I'm posting this in adult area because, after seeing the romance seen with Liara in mass effect 3, I noticed the game had pretty impressive skin for her, it probably doesn't have genitals but its pretty good.

 

So, I have no experience with ripping stuff from games, but I know there was lots of it going on with mass effect 2/fallout 3.

 

What tools would I need and how hard would it be?

I love this idea. Many times I have drooled over not just Liara but other Asari. They are hands down, my favorite race of all time in any game. Beautiful, deadly, so extremely sexy. Great suggestion

 

Hopefully someone can give you the info you need. I only know minimal on modding and this doesn't fall into my knowledge base.

well the UDK was used to make the Mass Effect games... the problem is what in-house addons and conversions were build specifically for Mass Effect.

 

so you could potentially use the UDK to do some low level editing etc. but im not sure on creating/changing meshes anims etc....

im sure someone has already made something to help in the modding of the games, finding and using said bits of modding goodness might be hard tho.

 

also, i would search around with google and try to find the tools used for the previous versions of ME games... as well as on the ME forums which might have some stuff as well, might also find a couple of 'mods' and maybe a tutorial if your lucky...

I can confirm that ME3 content has been successfully ported to Fallout New Vegas, so there must be the tools for it. good luck findign them though, as I have no idea how that guy did it. Only saw screenshots

The demand is definitely there, so I assume it's only a matter of time before something playable is created. Also, GSBmodders managed to make a port of Liara for Oblivion, though I believe it's still WIP, and is usable only as clothing, not a full race.

it would not be so hard i guess if some one could get hold of the head an make a hat mod with the back head or something like that. and some skin textures.

Well, I didn't bother posting/reading on nexus, because they generaly frown upon ripping skins/models from games for skyrim mods.

I guess I could go to VGU forums and poke around there, back when it was F3U it had alot of mass effect 2 resources, though mass effect 3 definately has more impressive skins, especially the one used in the liara love scene.

Please don't hate me for bumping this and my bad english knowledge but I really want to have an Asari race.

 

I've extracted several files like head textures from liara and her new body texture. I also have a NIF file of Liaras head.

For extracting game files from Mass Effect 3 I use ME3 Explorer.

There also is a thread on the BioWare Social Network about extracting textures and models from any Mass Effect game.

Also the Meshes from ME3 are in the file format "psk"' date=' which needs a special plugin for 3ds Max to open and edit.

 

I'd be really happy if someone can make a use of these files and tools and create an asari race that I hope uses the cbbe body.

 

Please make it happen modders!

The problem here, is not really armors, here. Also the body itself is not a problem as the textures are quite close. So a simple retexturing would do.

My problem (apart for the time I have) is the head. Converting a model is a living hell for me. The rest is just CK work wich

Someone tried to make it as hairs but it doesn't work very well as hears are clipping and color doesn't match the skin. But he doesn't seem to work on it anymore

Both of them have done playermodels for me3 if you can't get a asari race then you can see if they can make a asari playermodel that when worn changes you into that person from head to toe.

mmh, diego have create an liara tsoni model for player (not race) , about race , idk if its possible but gmod (garrys mod) have alots ( and really alots) of very impressive nude models of asari like liara or samara ^^ idk but i think its should be possible to convert the gmod model into some nif model and use it in skyrim ( if you want nude one) , alots of clothed model is available too ^^

Porting a model is not a problem in itself. The problem here, is adjusting the model to the skeleton. If I knew and had time to learn this stuff, I would already have my Liara. But work is taking its toll...
