So, is my assumption correct that, if in the CK I select one of the existing non-vanilla dialogues and changed the full name (say "Sophia") to the full name of my custom follower (say "Mitsuko"), my follower will use that dialog?  Thank you for your answer. Sky That should work, yes.  Er, I mean, in the script - just changing the dialogue line won't do it, you have to alter the script itself and recompile. You want the RWRD_Nonvanilla_Entry script.

DIO over Za Warudo Posted December 8, 2018 Posted December 8, 2018 So, is there some sort of time limit to when you can ask a follower for sex? Like they have to have been following you for a certain period of time?  Cause I tried at least three different followers (one being a horse) and couldn't have sex with any of them. The character in question was meant to be a Nord huntress who travels with a dog and horse, usually with her having sex with them as a reward after a good hunt. I figured this mod would be the best one to do that.  Unfortunately I can't get it to work right. Meeko wouldn't mount up (even though he's in the mod images with the dialogue) and the same with Vigilance. The horse might have been due to Immersive Horses, but the dogs I have no idea. I also couldn't find Meeko or Vigilance in the list of followers in the MCM menu, but I could find Barbas, the Dawnguard Huskies, and the Death Hounds, so I'm confused.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated on how to make this work!

Is your arousal and the arousal of the dog high enough?  Also, horses are still kind of iffy, it might not be working properly with horses. Immersive Horses might make horse rewarding work poorly, or make it work better, or do nothing, for all I know. My *guess* is, probably won't do anything, but TBH it's been a while so I could be way off there.  Meeko and Vigilance should be in the list somewhere. Let me see... should be higher up in the list, like in the first third or so. Barbas and others are near the bottom.  The list should be in this order: Belrand Erik the Slayer Jenassa Marcurio Stenvar Vorstag Argus the Bulwark Calder Iona Jordis Lydia Meeko Vigilance Stray Dog Brelyna Maryon ...and so on. At least, that's the order it *should* be showing up in. The only way Meeko and Vigilance would not be in the list at all is if the MCM source code was altered to have them removed. Even if the two dogs were dead or removed from the game altogether, they'd still be hardcoded on the MCM list.  EDIT: You might notice that the list isn't in any decent order. IIRC I tried to order it by how they were hired, like all the "pay 500 gold" are in one spot, the "do a quest for" in one spot, etc, but it ended up being pretty much random. Sorry about that. Â

The Dawnguard creature followers are, im using version 9a In my post above, I was reading the wrong part of the file, it looks like Meeko, Vigilance, and Stray Dog are at the bottom next to the other dogs. But then again, you did say the others were in there, so it's highly unlikely you just missed those three, which means...  I have no idea what that means. From what I can see, the entries for (for example) Lydia are identical with Meeko. Like, if you open up the MCM source code and count the number of times "lydia" appears and "meeko" appears, the only difference is that Lydia appears in several commented-out bits. Counting just the code bits, that's 31 entries for Lydia and 30 for Meeko, the extra 1 entry is in a bit of mouseover text.  Aside from just the number, the variables are all the same for both of them.  If some aren't showing up in the MCM at all, I'm stumped. You're using version 9a from Loverslab, which means nobody else has modified the source file. There also can't really be too many items in the MCM, like if you go over some virtual limit some just get lost, because I've seen mods with MCM pages with wayyyyyy more than this. So...  Hang on, gimme like an hour and I'll double-check on this end that everything is showing up in-game just fine. Fingers crossed that they're missing here too, because if they aren't, then I can't help. Â
Content Consumer Posted December 8, 2018 Author Posted December 8, 2018 Good news! Kinda! Looks like the problem is on my end too, which means it isn't just for you! Content Consumer Posted December 8, 2018 Author Posted December 8, 2018 @Aizen525 @Dovahbear91 and everyone else:  I found the problem. Which shouldn't be a problem at all actually, just my stupidity. And it's a really quick fix too, so I was able to knock it out right here. I'll upload the new version of the mod sometime this weekend, probably tonight. For now you can just extract this and it should work fine. I believe this will work on an existing game without having to start a new one. I think. Reward your followers MCM fix for meeko vigilance stray dog.zip  Explanation: MCM menus can have 128 options per page, 64 per row. There are exactly 67 followers in the list. The list does not automatically wrap around when it hits the end of the row, so the bottom three - Meeko, Vigilance, and Stray Dog, were getting cut off. All I did was move them over to the right side, and move the other config options down.  I don't have any idea how the hell I missed this though. My guess is it's been like this since I added the MCM in the first place.

My guess is it's been like this since I added the MCM in the first place. Seems to be working just fine when I tested it with Vigilance a few minutes ago after downloading the fix. The only weirdness is that the dialogue option for Vigilance that says for him to quote, "catch some pussy" shows up twice in the dialogue box whenever it is available. Not sure if the same is for Meeko or not, but either way it still works now.  Which means I'll have to get that huntress character started up once again. I haven't tried anything with horses yet, but hopefully taking out Immersive Horses fixes that.Â
Content Consumer Posted December 9, 2018 Author Posted December 9, 2018 v9b hotfix has been uploaded, and added three nonvanilla followers.  CHANGES: Altered a possibly bad dialogue condition for Torvar, hopefully he starts working again. Added Ambriel nonvanilla follower. NB: Apparently uses a nonstandard follower system, so it might not work perfectly. Added Xavier nonvanilla follower. Added Recorder nonvanilla follower. NB: Apparently uses a nonstandard follower system, so it might not work perfectly. Fixed a bug that prevented Meeko, Vigilance, and the Stray Dog from showing up in the MCM. NOTE: Nonvanilla follower support is handled through a script that checks the follower's name text. So if I haven't played with a particular follower, I might not know what the real name is. Generally what I do is look at the mod's download page to try to find out what the name is, but sometimes it's a little ambiguous, and I don't really want to download every nonvanilla follower, load it up, start a game, find the follower, check the name, and then exit and add the line. So if I've added a line for your preferred nonvanilla follower and everything else fails (arousal settings, dialogue prompt not showing up, etc), it might be the wrong name, particularly if there is more than one possible name. Ciri, for example, might be "Ciri" or "Cirilla" or something else for all I know. So let me know if the mod works normally but I've added a nonvanilla follower and it's not showing up.  ALSO: If you want your nonvanilla follower put in, you should probably give me a hint about what dialogue to add. Sometimes I can make a guess at it - Xavier the Necromancer, for example, I just made a pun on neck-romance. Most of the time I'm just wildly guessing. Â

Is there a newer version of this, based on v9b? Or is it just a pretty straight conversion in Creation Kit I can do myself?

DIO over Za Warudo Posted December 12, 2018 Posted December 12, 2018 Just downloaded and tested out the newest version on my huntress character with Meeko.  Works perfectly, just like a charm! Needless to say, my huntress character (who I changed to Dunmer since I hadn't run a Dark Elf build in a while) is going to be in for an enjoyable journey with her faithful hound at her side, if you know what I mean. I can also say that the mod appears to work perfectly with Meeko Reborn, provided you use the vanilla mesh/textures for him. Can't say for sure about the other variations of Meeko in that mod, but the vanilla-based one does work.  Thanks again for the mod! If LoversLab had an endorsement system like the Nexus I'd endorse the hell of of it in a heartbeat.  Although I do have one more question. Is it possible to get a threesome with two followers at the same time? For example, if my huntress was traveling with Meeko and Aela at the same time, could she potentially "reward" them both at the same time?

For example, if my huntress was traveling with Meeko and Aela at the same time, could she potentially "reward" them both at the same time? ?  I dunno about the threesome. First off, you'd need an animation. Are there any 2-human-1-dog animations? There are a lot of threesome animations, but I don't remember seeing any mixed-species threesomes. It would be pretty easy to code, but not really easy to implement via dialogue. Dialogue scripts (everything in this mod, and about 90% of everything I've ever done in any mod, is using dialogue scripts) makes it easy to target two actors, but not really easy for three. I think what I'd have to do is run a script to search for nearby actors and include them in the threesome, but only if both non-player actors are Meeko and Aela. Then trigger a specific animation instead of by tags or randomly. Cancel if not all actors are valid. IIRC Sexlab Matchmaker does basically that. With my scripting abilities, and Skyrim's engine being what it is, I'd guess that it would turn out like this: you'd ask one of them for sex, and ten seconds later you'd have a 50% chance of a threesome, 30% chance of a twosome with one of them, and 20% chance of nothing happening at all. Not ideal. Doable though, pretty sure. I'll put it on my to-do list, but no guarantees that it'll ever actually happen.  Â

First try this console command: setStage ski_configManagerInstance 1 Sometimes the MCM kicker doesn't get them all, particularly if you have a whole bunch of MCM menus.
