skyrim crash at 10:00 pm of 17th

Hi guys,

I am getting desperate and I hope maybe somebody experienced this (I am at my limit) I am using some merged patches and perma.

I have 5 separate profiles in MO.

My first is the assasin. All the other accounts has been copied from it, then I added or removed some mods to create the magician and the warrior. (We talking about 5 -10 mods.)

Problem: Skyrim is CTD at 10:00am on the 17th.

No matter where I am what I am doing it will crash. If I try to 'fast travel trough' that time it will ctd too. I tried to go to places I had crash in dungeon, in the wild in the cities,when the time comes BAMM.

Now, here comes the fun part:

My first account the assasin is not doing it, just all the others. I tried to rule out the mods which I added after the new profiles creation, but they are all have different mods they are not share the same mods at all.(this is why they are different profiles. ) The only thing which is common the same base pool of mods, which is exactly my assasin profile.

I am clueless. I really need some help with it, because if I cannot fix this I think I finished with Skyrim. I built my current setup in a year time gradually with trial and error there is no way to going back to that.

Start uninstalling mods and testing. This is a pretty specific crash. Although, I assume you mean 10 in game, not real life, because if it's that then it will have no effect.

That's a crazy problem. Something is spawning in your game that is making it crash, no matter what.

Of course you didn't leave a load order or any kind of real information, so I hope you enjoy this ironic picture.

Have you tried waiting until the morning of the 17'th, and then using the console to "set gamehour to 11" and see if that gets you past the trouble spot?

Regardless of whether that works, you should do as Infernas17 suggested and uninstall mods one at a time to see what's causing the issue. Try using LOOT to sort your load order or Wrye Bash (I assume that NMM and MO do the same thing) to check if anything might be wrong that way.

EDIT: OP says 10:00am, the thread title says 10:00pm... set gamehour to 11 or to 23 depending.

Sorry it is 10 am. I realized it is wrong but I could not change it.

I tried to uninstall mods one by one and I wasn't able to find it. Soon I will be at home and I can post my modlist.

Well I don't recognise half the mods you use but I can't see anything that I would assume is an issue. Have a look at your papyrus log, and again, try uninstalling all of the mods you use, you never know, it could be a conflict causing it.

Try the console command that Content Consumer suggested, that's the only safe way I can think of to avoid the time.

Actually, do you use any mods that change the timescale? If so it could be that mod.

So those are probably the ones you've got to check. Irritating... that's 32 mods, so you'll probably have to disable a mod, enter Skyrim, wait until 10:00, crash, and try again an estimated 16 or so times.

There are a couple of things you can do to winnow the list, though...

Mods like titkit, yuih standalone follower, or the LSAR addon are probably not your issue, as all they do is add things like NPCs, items, or overlays.

Mods like five o'clock shadow might be the issue, though, as they're adding scripts to the game and running at specific times or time intervals.

guys you not gonna believe this....

It is USKP.

And what is the wildest thing, that I was amazingly lucky. I installed the mod better dark brotherhood. On the assasin profile that mod is installed.

On the others not.

The better dark brotherhood overwrite the following files: qf_darkbrotherhood_0001e5c.pex

When that is happening there is NO ctd. Well, I need to run more tests, but it seems that's it. What was the chance seriously to install a mod which is overwriting USKP so it WON'T ctd?

Confirmed. On my Sorceress profile (got the same problem ) with better brotherhood installed, no CTD at 10:00 am.

I was wrong. Still have the problem:S

I just cannot find it...I just got past that one, and now... 11 am of 20 th instant CTD. What the *** is this?

Remove Better Dark brotherhood instead, one mod is a better trade than the unofficial patch. Besides, removing the patch can break your game because of how much stuff it changes. Might also fix the CTD.

I'm having the exact same problem, except that it's 10:00 pm. I run LOOT with Mod Organizer and clean my mods with TESEdit when needed. Ran two different save game cleaners to be sure there were no orphan scripts.

No idea what's going on. Has anyone solved this?

Good it's working for you... but metaton doesn't have Immersive Wenches or Deadly Wenches.

I suppose Tera armors could be the culprit, but... I dunno, I just can't see why that would be an issue. It just adds items to the game, right? Does it do anything else? Any scripts?

try this if you can , find a load(preferabley new game) that didn't have any of the mod you removed and then press wait untill the date and time you are haveing problems with .

If it works it would suggest that you didn't delete any essential file ffrom any mod or game file.

next try Finishing all your quests ,i think you have Quest-kindof mod that is waiting for certain scenarioto happen

and its either you are making that scenario happen or that time is running out ,either way since you deleted the mod it can't call anything and is CTD

so what i would try is "finishing ALL the quests" , be it by mod options or console(prefere console unless CTD happen)

if it does crash (good) it means its one of the mods in the list of quests that you have in game (originally "J" button)

if however it doens't it just suggests that itsprobably NOT one of the mods in the list of quests that you have in game (originally "J" button)

I have no real idea what causes this crash. It has continued across new games and in saves "cleaned" by the tools on the Nexus that are most often recommended. But, in this case, when I removed the mod that I had updated most recently before my saves went screwy, the crash stopped.

So, I dunno, but at least for now it seems to be fixed. If I run into it again, I'll disable mods in reverse chronological order again (most recently installed or updated = first disabled) and see if that fixes it. The crude "turn it off and turn it on again" solution sometimes works.

I had this problem, but seems like I fixed it

I removed sexlab attraction and approach. Which I have a feeling was one or both of those causing it.

I also removed

Moonlight tales, easter egg hunt 2013 (dunno why I had that, think my friend put it there for laughs lol)...true storms, bandolier bag mod, millwater retreat, sounds of skyrim dungeons (it crashed even without this mod) and that is it

If anyone else gets this issue. Do you have any of the above mods?

What would happen in my game, is I'd wait 35+ days. Then after a certain time/date it would crash afterwards. I couldn't wait/sleep past it, couldn't skip time to pass it. Removing those mods, I can wait far past that without a crash.

Pretty sure attraction/approach was the issue.

(edit: Oh yeah. And I removed TDF prostitution (since I already had that other prostitution mod) and Deadly Dragons. Which it would have been those too. Deadly Dragons does cause a ton of CTDs for people and very script intensive)
