Sacremas Posted November 11, 2016 Author Posted November 11, 2016 really weird texture glitch that just happened when I went into dungeon. The follower (Rayaa) has her body textures all messed up unless you get real close then they are fine. Have never seen that one before, as you can see in the 1st shot, everyone else looks fine. Rayaa_1.jpg Rayaa_2.jpg Rayaa_3.jpg You are out of VRAM, and so when there's a lot of things in the scene to display the game is downgrading textures it thinks will be fine, which in this case obviously isn't. Reduce quality of your setup, set VideoMemoryMB in ENBSeries.ini to RAM+VRAM -2048, max 10240 (if Win 10, max 4064, Special Edition won't have this limit). Also note that this will only happen in some specific areas. Like I got it just a couple of days ago when I reinstalled DynDOLOD, both Lydia and Brelyna got that look right after, I entered a dungeon, it was fine, also fine when I got out, it was just the initial strain of changing the LOD to the dynamic one that did it. I've gone through most of this thread now, and i've decided to start using MO. been spending hours, days.. but i cant get Bodyslide to work.. what am i doing wrong? please help! Add it to Mod Organizer like any mod, now run it through Mod Organizer like I describe on first page and like you have to do with FNIS, activate a body mod of some kind (I prefer All in One Animated Pussy), start up Bodyslide, build your body (if using the above, make sure body type is set to UUNP Special or CBBE HDT for the animated pussy to continue working), hit Build, your body will now be found in the mod folder that was active lowest, that is if Animated Pussy's body was active lowest in your load order, that's the body that was overwritten by Bodyslide, NOT the one in Skyrim/Meshes.

Poodledee Posted November 13, 2016 Posted November 13, 2016 Poodledee, on 30 Oct 2016 - 6:43 PM, said: You know I just realized I had forgot to install Jcontainers. Not sure if that mod would have been causing the problems. Also not sure if the fact that I had it on my secondary non Solid State HD was causing problems either. I have since reinstalled on my SSD. Although I somehow feel that that may not be anything relevant. Jcontainers comes bundled in quite a few mods actually, so there's a good chance you already had it. Well that's good then, rules that out as a problem. Back to the drawing board then.
Manax Posted November 30, 2016 Posted November 30, 2016 I have a complete house mod but really dont know how to pack it for distribution. I did make texture and mesh files and I now the ESP has to be in there, but do i just add those folders and files into a zip and upload it, or do i need to do something else to ensure it is playable. It works well, including navmeshes, in my game so I m pretty sure i am good to go. Also, i named the mod one thing and wouldnt mind changing the name of the mod esp to something else. Will that affect how it interacts with folders and files? Thanks in advance for any tips.

Will that affect how it interacts with folders and files? Thanks in advance for any tips. You can't change the mod name because your custom textures are stored in a folder with your mod name (so be sure to include it). To create the distribution, make a separate folder outside of skyrim and have a Data folder in it. Inside this new data folder, copy the esp. Then, make additional folders that duplicate the folders in your skyrim Data folder. For example, for MiasLair, I have a ...\\Skyrim\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data\textures\MiasLair that contains all my DDS files that are referred to in the ...\Skyrim\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data\meshes\MiasLair .nif files. So, you will need directories for Data\textures\<where your textures are> and Data\meshes\<where your nif files are> You will similarly need directories for all the assets that are part of your mod. Once this is complete, use 7Zip to to create a .7z file rooted in your data directory. This will be your "loose" distribution. You can also create a bsa file using Archive.exe that contains all your assets excluding the esp file. Then, put the .bsa and .esp in a Data rooted .7z file for your normal distribution. This is not required as the loose version is enough, but is expected because most people don't want a lot of little files in their directory structure. Here's a video on .bsa files Suggest you spend a couple hours reading about this in detail before getting started.
TyrDoshan Posted December 4, 2016 Posted December 4, 2016 Please forgive me if I am derping here, but I have a few questions about the basics of the mod organization.First: When using Loot to sort my mod load order, is it supposed to automatically change the load order on MO after I run the load checker and clear out any errors?Second: What exactly doe Wyre Bash do and when is the best time to utilize it? It seems to me that the TESVedit merger performs the same general function, but without a more in depth understanding of the difference between what the two are capable of, I feel like I'm looking at making a crucial error or three in the near future.
TyrDoshan Posted December 4, 2016 Posted December 4, 2016 You are not going to screw up your game with something as easy as that. You would have to uninstall mods mid game, or remove or change scripts, or add in a scripted mod that overloads your script system to do that, this kind of basic messing around with followers is harmless, except to the follower itself. It's very easy to mod followers like that. Take Seranaholic for example, she uses custom folders, where normal meshes are found under Meshes/Actors/Character/Character Assets Serana's meshes are found under Meshes/Actors/Character/Serana, but beyond that they are identically named files. Let's say you installed the Sevenbase body for regular NPCs, and you want to apply that body to Serana as well, just go into Character Assets and copy Femalebody_0.nif and Femalebody_1.nif and paste them into the Serana folder, and you are done. Might as well take the feet and hands to avoid seams; the head is a ECE specific head so I don't recommend replacing it, and instead trying to change her weight ingame via console commands if she gets a neckseam. Make a save before you start changing things, if you mess things up just reinstall the follower and load the save before you started messing with her, and it will be as it used ot be before you started, this way you can't really break your game in any fashion. I'm not going to do it for you because 1) I don't have the time (barely have time to visit lover's lab these days) and 2) I prefer just telling you how to do it so you don't show up with 3 more followers for me to change; teach a man to fish and all of that. Hmmmm... well, I'll keep all of that in mind. I've been looking to get Bjrnn's Wardmaidens and others into my game alongside immersive armor/weapons. However, as it currently stands, I'm crashing to desktop every time I try to wander outside of a structure, and my animations seem to be non-functional on a regular basis. I didn't have these particular issues when I did this all on my own several months ago, so I am at a total loss as to what to do or how to do it. =(
fishburger67 Posted December 13, 2016 Posted December 13, 2016 Hello everyone, I was wondering If I can be helped as well. For some reason, Whenever I try to load a save game I keep on getting CTDs. I am struggling to find out the reason why. Please help!? Your Zaz installation is pretty fucked up. I don't know what is causing it but you have lots of errors in the log related to old data. Recommend that you run your save game through PDT, then, start a new game and then, after it loads, try loading the save. If it loads, save, exit, and reload the new save and have a look at the log to see if the errors are gone. Make sure you turn off logging after you are done.
ANGRYWOLVERINE Posted December 24, 2016 Posted December 24, 2016 I am looking for an earlier version of mator smash. With the auto function. I am trying to understand the new version but it is over my head at the moment.
Skippe Posted December 29, 2016 Posted December 29, 2016 hello hmm it seems that zaz and funny bisnes slal pack together with leito slal pack gives too many animations for some reason and fnis cant run and register animations no idea what does this i wanted to have dangerous nights to my game but yeah since it requires zaz as master ,,,, cant play my save anymore and probably need to uninstal skyrim . so if anyone have advices what i should do they are welcome or maybe i just should forget dangerous nights all together my load list and all mods that requires zaz i try look at funny bisnes slal site if there are option to choose which animation packs you install since i really like leito slal pack whew after 5 houers i managed to instal skyrim from scratch and get my mods too XD leito and leito agressive with funnys ungategorized lovers and amazonian with zaz gives 3380 animations so yeah still bit confused what builds animations so fast it must have something to do with sexlab version appearently there is version of 1.62 that allows more than 5000 animations
TammyJWild Posted May 18, 2017 Posted May 18, 2017 Thank you so much for taking the time to write all of this. It is a big help.
Sacremas Posted May 22, 2017 Author Posted May 22, 2017 Attention, I haven't had Skyrim installed since November or earlier, and have barely tried ten minutes worth of Special Edition, so I can't really help you with either SSE (except to say that if you are on this site at all you probably want to avoid SSE for now, since the SKSE/HDT/etc tools needed to make things like Sexlab usable with SSE to the same degree as with Skyrim is a long ways off, years still) or newer mods or issues that may have arisen in the last 7+ months. So please keep that in mind when requesting help or advise. Also note that as I don't have Skyrim installed (I'm playing Star Wars the Old Republic if you wondered, with the occasional Fallout 4 in the midst) I also will have to go by memory alone and can't really look up anything except what I have already written in this thread. However I wanted to draw your attention to this tool, which quite frankly if it works as well as it's advertised may just replace the need for this guide at all. Mod Picker is a browser-based tool by MatorTheEternal (who have written several things I have used and recommended in the past) that sources mods from Lover's Lab, Nexus and Steam Workshop and lets you pick mods like you would for a PC Parts Picker when designing your PC on such sites, provides links to the mod in question, and also reviews and compatibility information, such as what other mods work with it, based on the experience of the users. Like LOOT it also helps with your load order, and replaces that tool in this regard. It should allow you to put together a working load order before even downloading any of the mods you plan to use. Currently it supports Skyrim and Skyrim Special Edition, with Fallout 4 support on the way. https://modpicker.com/ http://forum.step-project.com/topic/10227-wip-mod-picker/

Complete.esp RSChildren_PatchUSKP.esp RSChildren_NonPlayableOverride.esp It looks like a nice load order... but there are some things there that with such a fairly heavy load order with all sorts of things will likely give you issues later on. You'll play fine for the first 50 levels/hours and then get more and more crashes and instabilites. In particular I don't think with this combo World Eater Beater will ever be able to have the resources available to get you through the fight, unless you basically rush through the main quest before your save ever gets very bloated. However this is just my past experience, and mods may have been updated since, SKSE may have been updated in such a way to not make it an issue anymore even, I can't really say. If you want I can point out some of the mods that could cause an issue in this respect and that I would leave out of such a combo. Otherwise if you do run it and it still works fine 50 hours down the line with most of the game completed and no real issues compared to when you started the character, I would appreciate if you would post if it works fine still. Also note that if you are sufficiently into the game already that you would not want to restart it from level 1 (or more specifically, from a point where you know you didn't have the mods you would want to change) then you leave the load order alone, changing the load order mid game can easily cause way more issues than most faulty mods or an overloaded game can, so only start changing it now if you intend to add to the load order (not recommended unless it's a patch or the like) or if you are fine with starting the game over. Load order I think is fine, I would move Alternate Start, Amorous Adventures and ASIS-Dependency all the way down, with only proc patches and patches you've made from your load order (such as a TES5Merged.esp which I recommend for this load order, description is on first page of this thread) below those. For EFF, I did not use that very much as I mainly used AFT, so I may be wrong here, but what I think is that when you recruit the companion it puts their gear and any they wear into a gear set, which is then stored in a number of separate inventories or otherwise unavailable to the companion unless said gear set is active. This allows the companion to auto-switch when in a particular situation, such as change between dungeon, city and home gear. However it also means that the companion becomes naked once dismissed since the gear script is no longer affecting them, unless you reset the companion first somehow. The mod should have either an MCM or a configuration power that lets you change how these things work, including letting you reset the NPC. Note that resetting the NPC might end them up with the gear that they had originally with everything you've given them being gone, not sure how that is set up. But it won't have any effect at all on for example Amorous Adventures questline.
Hunter136 Posted June 3, 2017 Posted June 3, 2017 Hi, I'm planning on playing Skyrim again soon, and I was wondering if there is a list of things I should do when asking what I need to do for a good stable game. There are clearly some things I was unaware of before hand and it has left me to realize I need help. I mean, reading the OP and I saw something about SKSE and lowering crashes, and I was just puzzled. I know there is a thing pinned on this thread, but I have questions that I need to ask, and it looks like it was locked.
amasters Posted June 13, 2017 Posted June 13, 2017 Does anyone have any good general advice for stress-testing the long-term stability of a mod-list on a save file? I've gone through the challenge of checking that a large mod list works many times, but oftentimes the game gets less and less stable over time, but you might not start to notice it until dozens of hours in.

Sacremas Posted June 23, 2017 Author Posted June 23, 2017 Does anyone have any good general advice for stress-testing the long-term stability of a mod-list on a save file? I've gone through the challenge of checking that a large mod list works many times, but oftentimes the game gets less and less stable over time, but you might not start to notice it until dozens of hours in. This may be a bit late, but the link Fish gave is good. Also as I mention on the first page of this thread, what I do for stability checks are two things, first I use console to turn myself into the Flash basically, setting my base speed to x10 normal at least, probably flying and godmode as well (so Superman at this point?) then start at one end of the map such as Solitude, and run to the other side (Riften). How your setup handled that trip will tell you some, you can also run benchmark tools meanwhile to just see how it impacts your FPS and such, but mostly I just try to feel how it runs, maybe try different setups. That is just the loading and world stability however, the second and likely bigger test is to first head to the location that in the base game is the single most stressful location, namely the Windhelm docks, due to the number of animations and scripts already going on there before you ever start modding it. Now use console to palce maybe 20 Imperials and 20 stormcloaks on the docks, throw in a dragon as well just for laffs, then sit back and wait. If you have advanced spell packs installed like Apocalypse or the like throw some of the bigger spells into the mix. And for the biggest challenge if you are using sex mods (which you likely are if you are here on this site), try forcing a sex scene with one of the auto tools available here. Your framerate will be dead by now, this is as expected, it's more a matter of seeing if you crash, and if not if things go as expected, if the dragon is flying freeze framed or the lovers fall through the ground or whatever can happen, then your game is less than stable. The reason to run such an over the top situation that probably would never happen in the actual game (even in Civil War you are rarely going to see something that big happen, and then only in comparatively empty locations like forts or special instances that only exist for that battle and has most of the background stuff turned off (like the siege of Whiterun or battle for Solitude or Windhelm). However some 100 hours into the game a much lesser battle in comparison such as the final fight with Alduin might just as well be that windhelm docks battle, because at that point your save game is getting cluttered up with leftover scripts and background things that the game just needs to keep going to keep track of ongoing world events and quests to keep it persistant, meaning that a Windhelm Docks stress test like that on a fresh save is going to be fairly similar to a late-game lower end battle. But if you can get through the stress test, most likely you can do just fine later on, unless you are being silly and uninstalling mods mid game or the like.
Sacremas Posted June 23, 2017 Author Posted June 23, 2017 Hi, I'm planning on playing Skyrim again soon, and I was wondering if there is a list of things I should do when asking what I need to do for a good stable game. Sorry, very late as I don't normally check this forum any longer given that I'm not playing games currently that LL covers. But this thread is intended as just that, for you to post questions on what you are wondering on, the locked thread is just the very basics stuff. You can also post a new thread in this forum if you wish and someone will hopefully help you. As for this thread, while it's far less active these days the intention is as a help thread, the first page of this thread is all that you need to read, and you are expected to read it if you want any help here. I tried laying things out as clearly as I could and as informative as I could, and I can't really do any better than that. If there are specific segments of it you are wondering about, just ask. However as I also said, this thread is also mainly for people who go for the full on super modded game with 200 or more mods running and using advanced features. If all you want is either on the one side just fix tiny bits of the base game, improve basic textures, use a perk mod like SkyRe or Ordinator, and add some gameplay elements like convenient horses and Frostfall and so and just play the game after that you are not going to need this guide as you are not going to run into many issues with a fairly simple game like that (and if that's the sort of game you want you should probably use Skyrim Special Edition). Likewise if all you want is just a porn game with nothing else, some good looking skin textures and body mods, a house mod for your fun and a bunch of sex mods from here, and basically just play Sexlab the Game again you are probably not going to need this guide, and can probably just install the game, the game won't be very stable likely but odds are you won't mind too much restarting the game periodically at that point either. It's when you want to do both those things and more you will need this guide.
howls Posted July 5, 2017 Posted July 5, 2017 Sacremas, thank you for your response on my last post about EFF and load order concerns! I've actually switched to AFT, for now, to see if I like it more. Anyways, a new concern in terms of NPCs has risen. I'm sure this has been answered before, maybe in this very thread, and I know for sure it's been noticed. Recently, I began using the NPC visual transfer tool and converted one of the characters and noticed that they were using the incorrect skeleton, the male skeleton to be specific. I've noticed in even the base game, NPCs like Lydia, and Mjoll uses the male skeletons and I've always wanted to fix this problem because of how unnatural it looks in terms of the replacers I'm using. Any workaround to this? If possible, not something with an esp to add to my load order? (if it's the only way that's fine, please suggest anything)
smokeybear187 Posted July 6, 2017 Posted July 6, 2017 Sacremas, thank you for your response on my last post about EFF and load order concerns! (if it's the only way that's fine, please suggest anything) This is an easy fix. Load your entire load order in xedit. If your running a tes5merged patch (you should) it will be helpful. You need to find the lowest mod in your load order that modifies the npc you wish to change. Open up the npc tab and locate the npc you want. Locate the acbs- configuration section. Under flags, you will see "use opposite gender animations". This must be removed from any npc you want to walk woman-like. There are mods that fix this but they require to be loaded very low in your load order in order to work and will fuck with any other mod that modifies that npc. This is where the merged patch becomes essential to maintain compatibility with Other mods. Use the copy as override feature to create an npc record in your merged patch (or make a new patch) that overrides everything else, BUT make sure you carry forward all important changes from the rest of your load order. ALSO, this only works on a new save game. Once you start a game and encounter the npc it gets saved in your save game. There are other more advanced ways to circumvent this, but i won't get into them. Might be able to do this in an existing save by doing a full 31 day cell reset but i can't confirm this. Easy right?
ivansbot Posted July 27, 2017 Posted July 27, 2017 I haven't used HDT/Havoc enough to know what that might be, I'm just using the patch uglykidcid posted in this topic and they work well. Also I'm working with Bijin Warmaidens author now to make a patch that will update the UNP version to UNPB as well as put various muscle maps on the girls (tigersan on Utgerdt, Battle Hardened on Lydia, Sporty Sexy on Mjoll) as well as make a updated USKP, and USKP + Requiem patch. Just waiting to hear from the owners of the various muscle maps I want to use for permission. EDIT: Clarification, if I get permission for that specific body I want to use both Bijin Warmaidens and Seranaholic will be set up for Sexlab preganancy so you can get children with your chosen Warmaiden, be it a dhampir with Serana or a puppy with Aela. While at it I'm going to do my best in solving Aela's issue with turning invisible as a werewolf. No promises at all, far more experienced folks than me have tried and failed, and there's a very good chance she'll even end up looking different than Bijin to make it happen (I think it has something to do with the custom textures used, no idea, I want to try to get rid of custom textures/body and use default). Bijin is really awesome for the face and hair, but the textures and meshes they use for the bodies are lacking. when replaced with much better options the results are damn amazing. Aela_CBBEFitness.jpgLydia_CBBEFitness.jpg These are with CBBE meshes and textures along with CBBE Fitness body and Sporty Sexy sweat. Since each npc is in their own folder you can choose what you want to replace. For example the new file they put out, Bijin Wives, none of them will get the fitness body as they are all town folk. Fixed up they are very sexy indeed. can i ask.. how i can use sporty sweat mod on all my bijin character... ?? it just female npc using it except bijin..
