No, I actually didn't. I normally keep away from most online modes in games like JC2 or GTA. I am more of a co-op fan myself.

I mostly play a bullet magnet in the Battlefield series if I ever play against others

Did you play JC2 online? It's great driving around the airport and seeing the madness.

Extra points for taking a truck and ramming everybody trying to take off.

Guess I'll add Total War: Attila to the list now. I was unsure but, once again, CA sneaked into my mind and seduced me...never grew really warm with the latest games like Shogun (asian settings are not really interesting) or Rome 2 (great setting but the missing family tree...the one most important thing to give battles and Empires some depth!)

But with a really extensive family tree back, including dynastic marriages and governours etc, all set in the pre-medieval dark ages, with Rome crumbling, Constantinople rising and hordes of barbarians roaming freely ... yeah, I hope I finallly find a great Total War again since Medieval 2 ... one can hope, or not ? :dodgy: At least it may fill the gap til Witcher 3 in May...

Starbound

Yeah, yheaaaaa... I don't know, I wanted to be a space cowboy for a few hours and play the harmonica, it's out? Maybe but not really, guess I'll take a look.

They are trying to rush Starbound release to 1.0 as fast as they can and burry this game.

Latest winter update wasn't that great. It was a huge scam.

It feels to me like core team was delegated to make Alien when leftovers were working on rome 2. Because atilla looks like should Rome look like from begin (remember that live actor trailers about court shames?).

Pillars of Eternity, due out in March, by Obsidian games and developed by some of the same people who developed Planetscape Torment, and Baldurs Gate, and having the strong story element of Torment but no longer using AD&D rules.

Another game in the similar vein, but not sure of it's release date, that really excites me is Torment Tides of Numenera, which is a unity game, and more closely tied in with Planetscape Torment, than even Pillars is. Also the most successful Kickstarter funded game of all time.

These I am both looking forward too. Especially Torment, considering how well the studio did with Wasteland 2. I am also excited that they are bringing back Bards Tale 4. Good times for rpg fans.

Other games I am looking forward to:

Bloodborne

Witcher 3

The Witcher series has been pure class so far, the intro scene to Witcher 2 imo is about the greatest intro to any game ever. I have high hopes for Witcher 3.

Was less familar with Bloodborne, but it's wiki page shows promise.

Well, for some time I was actually looking forward to Batman- Arkham Knight but ... the whole pre-order-DLC-insanity was driving me so nuts I said:Nope, thank you this time, waiting Game of the Year or something...

And of course, seeing how it turned out now I am not just a little relived I didn't buy it...what a catastrophe, unbelievable...

So I'll change my wish to Total War - Warhammer, someday next year. I wanna crush Chaos with my Reichs-Knights ... and damn you CA if it's a release like Rome 2...
