guk Posted January 20, 2015 Posted January 20, 2015 No I want that you write the correct author name of "XP32 Maximum Skeleton Extended" when you recommend it which is me and not XP32? All credits to you Groovtama Without your work, there would be a big gap in Skyrim modding. I think TRUEPATRiiOT may just have been confused since on the Nexus page, it only shows "XP32" as uploader on top and there's also Skulltyrant active on the same page as co-author (whom everyone still knows from the times where you needed one of 500 different compatibility skeletons). And most people are probably not aware that LL is the actual home of XPMSE, not Nexus.
RandomNPC Posted January 21, 2015 Posted January 21, 2015 How do you actually save the file as a .jslot file? Sorry, I'm new to doing this. Use RaceMenu 3, enter the Presets tab in the upper right corner and use the hotkey shown at the bottom. Give it a name and save. My bad, what I meant was changing the provided preset.txt to a slot file.
guk Posted January 21, 2015 Posted January 21, 2015 My bad, what I meant was changing the provided preset.txt to a slot file. From expired6978's post? You need to change a setting in Windows so it doesn't hide "known file extensions". I don't have an english Windows version but it should be in the "folder" options under "display" or something. Then change the filename.txt to filename.jslot

Hope this helps

I knew Groovtama had created the Extended Skeleton, as I got it from here awhile ago, and I just wasn't thinking. I was on the Nexus looking for the authors of some of those mods I wanted to recommend, and I was like, "Oh yea, I need to credit XP for his skeleton", even after I'd seen Groovtama's name and picture in the installer. Operator error lol.
powwqu Posted February 1, 2015 Posted February 1, 2015 my preset, just posting in wrong thread ;p http://www.loverslab.com/topic/36607-share-your-racemenu-preset-slot-file/page-11#entry1067489
TheTraveler Posted February 5, 2015 Posted February 5, 2015 Its weird but the one zip from this thread with a bunch of head nifs and dds files in it works for the most part but some of the sculpts have a horrible neck seam.
dork42 Posted February 9, 2015 Posted February 9, 2015 Its weird but the one zip from this thread with a bunch of head nifs and dds files in it works for the most part but some of the sculpts have a horrible neck seam. Did you use the mask brush along the base of the neck? This helps/usually solves that. You'll want to click off viewing the hair in the polygon mode to make this easier.
dork42 Posted February 10, 2015 Posted February 10, 2015 I posted these on the prev. RM thread but the Altmer preset is a facesculpt from Nihel follower facegen with some reworking. Was planning on going necro with her (PerMa playthrough) so went real pale and "evil-looking"/sinister http://www.loverslab.com/topic/36607-share-your-racemenu-preset-slot-file/?p=1076017
dork42 Posted February 10, 2015 Posted February 10, 2015 Two more, first is Nord using Zuleka follower facegen, don't recall tweaking it too much after that. Empyrean & SK Warpaints. Frecklemania. KJ Tattoo Glorious Perspiration Kuvalda slot 20.rar Another Dunmer, same reqs as above, add Tribal Tattooes and EEO. No need for Frecklemania. Used facegen, though now I can't recall which one, haha. I think it might have been a Jaenessa redo I'm partial to the slightly glowy/luminescent tats like some luna moth or torchbugs were used in the making of the ink. Hraeta slot 18.rar EDIT: Forgot to mention Coenaculi the tattoo parlor plugin mod, I forgot its separate and not part of Racemenu
xenic Posted February 13, 2015 Posted February 13, 2015 For some reason when I use a jslot file, my character's body turns purple.
guk Posted February 13, 2015 Posted February 13, 2015 For some reason when I use a jslot file, my character's body turns purple. This means you are missing the overlay mods, either install them or clean the entries under Makeup/Bodypaint/Handpaint/Footpaint. For the last 3 you can just select "default" in each slot and the problem is fixed. Facial Makeup doesn't seem to cause the bug anyway, but if you truly want to clean it up you can select the respective vanilla options for that slot (femalenordwarpaint04 etc).
DarkSide744 Posted February 14, 2015 Posted February 14, 2015 Hello!Just jumped in to share two presets I made not too long ago. You can see the requirements on the screenies (the face texture is 'Better Females' by Bella). Preset DS_Imperial 2: Preset DS_Imperial 1: Presets.rar
ShadowGearX Posted February 20, 2015 Posted February 20, 2015 Just sharing my preset, Ningheim is the main thing required. Erza 2.zip
sidfu Posted April 21, 2015 Posted April 21, 2015 imo i love citris head but without the mouth being able to open its not as fun to use. not counting with the new racemenu its easier to import not from the slot but from the facegenom data
SkeetRim Posted May 6, 2015 Posted May 6, 2015 Edena de Deuce and Ellerete! Temptress sisters... they are .jslot ok? haha http://www.mediafire.com/download/jjmcgxrhb8nwbnu/Resources.rar
azenoth Posted July 9, 2015 Posted July 9, 2015 Sorry to bring back this thread but my char looks really creepy :// By the way this is using the preset file you provided. Please help me fix this! Screenshot7480.pdf
dragonborn_s20 Posted July 17, 2015 Posted July 17, 2015 Ok I have place the said notepad file under the presets folder as mentioned path. But when I got to racemenu and choose sliders and try to import head (F9) it shows preset folder. and when I click it, Its there is nothing to select its empty. Could anyone tell me exact how to make this work? Also I have SKSE 1.9 , Racemenu 3.2.2 and CBBE body

There is no load preset command (F9) under Sliders tab (top right of your screen). You load the preset under the Preset tab, the one next to the Sliders tab.

You load the nif file under Sculpt mode. nif files are far more superior than jslot in preserving the looks across different players.
