On real cats, you don't see them through the fur. But i also prefer visible nipples and genitals, so the Khajiit are at least somewhat attractive.

There is. It is found in the Masculine Khajiit Textures. It isn't the 100% shaved look but it certainly does help the SOS nipple rings stand out better on male khajiit.
