Creating an animated penis

I found something weird, it seems that this mod conflicts with some other mod or somehow changes the scripting of the begining of the game, saves are fine but I can't start a new file, I've tried everything, but the only thing that solved it was to disable SOS. Maybe there was something done for testing in the CK to mess with the begining script? Detail: Hadvar goes flying off into the sky in wacky motions after following your cart for a few seconds, then later down the road the front cart stops while the cart the player is riding in tries to go over the mountain. Not really sure of anything, even tried bash patching it in, but it seems to mess with my begining no matter what. Would it be a bug or a conflict? Does anyone else have this problem?

 

Edit: Narrowed it down, Its the addons that cause the problem, so I suspect it is these that break the begining script, could not find any problems of incompatability still.

v_v You're right about it being complicated. If I understand correctly(Which I doubt I do.) it's impossible for me to make it a 100% chance that every character within every race has a "schlong" of a specific size? ex: all orcs having maxed, all imperials have minimum? As of right now, I have every race set to 100% probability, and the size set specific to every individual race, with numbers between -20 - +40, yet testing, faendal happens to have a stupidly large member. I understand that you want to randomize the penises, I personally would prefer it to only have a set size for each race, as opposed to having some characters spawn with elephant penises..

 

The penis potions are there because some people will want to "tune" their own or their followers, (or whatever favourite NPCs) schlnogs to their preferences. Instead of adding dozens of complicated dialogue menus we thought this to be the more user and "lore" friendly approach to add these features.

 

 

I understand, it fullfills it's purpose well enough. I only ask for the option to not have this included, perhaps a standalone body replacer, with the option to make size specific to race. Oblivion, Fallout, and Skyrim for the last yeah, have all had 1 penis size, having 10 would be a hell of step up imo, and if they could also be scaled further based on weight, that'd be welcome as well. However, if that's just not something you'd be interested in doing, there's surely some subtler ways to scale them, maybe something less campy.(Perhaps a herb, or a simple growth potion made out of various berries and whatnot, as opposed to drinking cum from goblins and dragons...How does he even sell dragon cum when they haven't existed for thousands of years?)

 

 

The PC starting with minimum schlong was our choice and we like it that way. If you start a new game you also start with no money, and you have to earn it. If you do not like it you can cheat with the console and be rich in an instant. If you want a huge schlong for free you can cheat and add some size increasing potions to your inventory.

 

Yes, but you can start at max buffness, and with any hair you choose. Money and physical characteristics aren't the same, you're born with your body, money you earn lol. Earning a penis sounds a bit silly doesn't it? 

 

I still think the mod has lots of potential, and as a body replacer, is definitely is a cut above the rest. But alas, for now I will return to having a solid, unmoving penis. Faendal's hilarious penis, my follower's penis shrinking when I went into jail, the potions, the amulet of phalos, the schlongifying text at the start of every game, alone these aren't big problems, but together, they make Skyrim come off as a very campy gay porn, and less like skyrim, but with animated penises..

 

Oh and as for the erections, maybe have the illusion spell for giving an erection called excite/ arouse/arousing touch and have an excite/arouse other spell to do it for NPCs. Since the whole, let's fuck dialogue, and the erection spell are kind of.....yeah..

 

Anyways, keep up the good work. (Sorry if I sound unappreciative of the effort you put into the mod, I'm not..I'll just wait until someone makes a standalone body replacer)

Great mod. I admire your hard work.

Can't wait for a tutorial. I just can't play Skyrim anymore without a proper schlong on my custom race character. I'm too noob to figure what TMPhoenix's post is about, though.

Actually, I wouldn't hold it against you even if following a non-updated tutorial broke my game.

I didnt tried the mod yet but moving the assets to your custom race folder isnt enough? Thats what I would try first, Nigheim race truly desserve this!

 

I was reading the comments on Nexus, seriously stupidity has no boundaries I feel very sad for the human race (in the meantime nobody complained about deadly mutilation mod).

 

Still you got my endorsement and vote, I'd love to see SOS on next file of the month!

Congrats on your release on nexus. I read some of the posts of the people there,and it made my skin crawl.. Why are people even commenting on something they have no interest in downloading is beyond me.

 

No one asked for there opinions.. or if it gets out of hand just turn off commenting. i seen allot of mods actually turn this part off just so they won't have to hear bitching.

Let the other modders handle it. I've already been looking at the scripts and learning a lot.

Hell, your dialogue issue takes like 10 seconds to fix.

I love the name of the mod. It's so stupid, it's awesome again : )

 

And for stupid comments: well Nexus tends to ban those people without warning, or at least they did that in the past... 

 

Anyway respect for completing the Schlong mod, but I'll pass on it for now. This is at least an argument against the cliche "First female stuff, then male!"... I don't know of any animated vagina mod ; )

While the sea of questions and complaints come in from people who can't read/didn't install correctly/etc.

Let me just say that the mod works just fine and has exceeded my expectations. So much so actually that the previous male penis that I actually modeled myself (because the ones available on the web weren't up to my liking) has actually been replaced by SOS now.

 

Well done to all involved and I can't wait to see where you take the mod in the future.

Guys I'm sorry if I take a while trying to reply to everyone but I'm literally being bombarded from every direction and about the most weirdest issues I could think of... And Smurf only logs late at night +1 GMT, so bare with me

No. It is possible however to adapt it. Maybe some other modder will be able to do it, currently we have more pressing issues to solve.

Its a known issue, we suspect it relates with the fact that SOS uses a function that makes horses fly and behave like Pinballs. We will probably try to fix that. As for now, we advise you to use a save just as you get out of Helgen. You'll have to be more specific about the Amulet of Phalos not appearing. What do you mean?? doesnt appear equipped on the 3D? if so, thats works as intended, to avoid clipping with other amulets you have equipped. Its just a "fake" amulet.

SKSE 1.6.14 has a new function that might enable SOS problem regarding custom races. Either that or we'll have to use the Default race as a workaround to set it to the PC at the very least, since custom races are mostly only used for PC.

I'm afraid that SOS is a bit more complex than that. The problem here is that we cant guess what custom races exist and what addons are supposed to be used with custom races. SOS is being built to allow anything and everything to be schlongified, ranging from females to males, from bunnies to dragons. It was a design option we took.

Hehe, we also feel that way, and I think most players enjoy all the sillyness, although I dont consider it silly enough to be immersion breaking. I mean... its not like some giant penis will fall from the sky and squash your enemies, like the Monty Python spell mod Oblivion had.

 

As for the comments and views on the Nexus, I can only thank them ofc, they're only making more buzz...

I was waiting for something like this. I'm tracking it but I wont be using it because of the conversation options and some other things. I'd like to suggest a lite version maybe (or at least MCM options), with no npc conversations/potions/erection cooldown and all that jazz.
I'm all about realism/immersion so I already prefer this to the favored soul meshes, but again, I'm all about realism and immerson so walking around with my male bard and seeing "hey stud, wanna fck" in my conversation options is a bit too much. I wouldn't use the potions either, I'd rather have an MCM slider or something. As for the Morning wood trader, I wouldn't mind a merchant somewhere walking around riverwood but opening a full on schlong shop with chinese wonder potions is just silly. I understand you guys put an incredible amount of work in this (I was lurking around on the other site) and It already looks awesome, and thank you, but as of now, some of the features look way overcomplicated for me and for those who just want to have a schlong in skyrim without any hassle

Perhaps include an MCM options page to:
1) Switch between potion/gameplay and slider functionality.
2) Toggle sexual content (beyond the obvious implications of having a Havoc Schlong).

Also, I have to agree about having a full-on store. I could see a "Black Market" style setup in a backroom of various inns, but not just one store. Seriously, that place would be PACKED with self-conscious males. More than that, how many "Unsatisfied Housewives" (Housecarls?) would be in that shop to find something to "fine-tune" their "Thane"?

Yeah MCM seems to be the best solution to finetune it, all I'm saying is some of the features of this mod are way out of place if you're trying to immerse yourself in the game. Sexuality itself is not immersion breaking especially if it's well made (thinking about the havok schlongslinging), I mean medieval men as far as i can tell had penises, but I don't think I'd find a schlong-shop mentioned in any of the history archives. Sure, enhancing potions existed but a more subtle approach would be more realistic.

f.e. an actual alchemical recipe you can buy from alchemical stores without any conversation, that lets you craft an enhancing potion of some kind, would be less in your face. Subtlety sometimes comes off better.

but basically... we could provide a very light version in the future, but (and I only speak for my self) I wouldnt even bother to provide MCM options

- I agree with the pots name vs immersion thing. The problem though is that sinnce Average or Regular are fairly common names that other modders could want to use aswell for SOS addons, thats why we need to be a bit more specific.

- Absolute size option is planned as a General option, not shape specific (there are technical limitations best not to mention here, but its MCM dependent)

- Option for staying power??? You mean erection duration?

- LOLOLOLOLOL at penis trophies! No I wont do that xD

- Ejaculation is planned eventually

- The underwear actually exists for immersion purposes. no underwear could mean hole in the schlong place for some periods. This may change in the future though, since SKSE 1.6.14 has a new function that could help use go around that issue

 

Ragdoll issue is some other mod you have, I tried SexLab and I just go normal ragdoll. SexLab integration is still being rigged, but Smurf will be the main Master Mind behind it. Probably the only involvement I'm gonna have regarding SexLab is if specific animation events are needed for the Penis Havok Assets.

Well I must say, this mod is very impressive. So far I have yet to run into a single problem, and everything works very smoothly with each other. Great job, guys! I'll keep on the lookout for any bugs, but so far it's pretty clean.

 

Also excited for werewolves! :)

Nice to hear someone saying its running smoothly! I've already tried to break my game on purpose (disabled SkyUI, not launching SKSE, screw up load order mod), and even then I always get a schlong equipped! I dont understand how ppl can have schlongless hole or perma-undies =S

yeah that could be it, but not on the player though. The player has the script that pretty much controls every actor related action regarding schlongs, whenever SOS is loaded for the first time. the Amulet basically just attaches that same script to nearby NPCs. The only thing that could cause Perma-Undies would be no addon installed/enabled

VectorPlexus and Smurf, fantastic job.  Loving the plugin.  I also got the NMM error during installation (something about object reference), but fixed it by first uninstalling my other body replacer.

 

I realize you guys will be coming out with a modder's manual eventually, but I was wondering if there's a quick and easy way to give the player or NPC's perma-wood via console, potion, or spell.  I'm making Machinima vids and can't be constantly running around fluffing the dudes.

You could give them Distilled Mandrake, will keep the erection for 1 hour ;)

Back again! So, I still got perma undies, but all the addons seem to load in mcm just fine. I don't use any custom races either, so that shouldn't be a problem. I do have an absolute shit ton of mods installed, but none really race related. mostly aesthetic mods, and mods that would improve immersion in any way, I guess.

Anything else I can try?

When you begin working with Papyrus, you'll want to activate script logging. This feature is disabled by default - most users don't need it, and logging consumes a small amount of your PC performance in-game.

Enabling Logging is a matter of changing a few ini settings. Open (or create) your SkyrimCustom.ini file in .../My Documents/My Games/Skyrim. Add the following lines to that file (you may also need to edit these in your Skyrim.ini if already specified there). If any of these lines already exist, just make sure they are toggled to "1" instead of "0".

[Papyrus]bEnableLogging=1bEnableTrace=1bLoadDebugInformation = 1
After doing this, play the game, try to make whatever you do, wait a few secs, close the game and send me the Papyrus.0.log

Yeess got it to work (after the NMM crashed, and this was with the non-BodyBuilder bod)! Awesome work you guys!! :D

Just one thing: would be awesome if the erections be easier to get w/o having to enter console commands, like pressing "e" for erection :)

wait, where do I find these logs? Can't seem to find it o.o

Must just be me being stupid, I've likely messed up the copy/paste to SkyrimCustom.ini or something, haha
