Is this still relevant because I think it would be interesting crime. Could be condemned to be married to someone of the same sex as our partner and when you go to a city could be stopped. It's just whether you intend to always do the crime also because it interested me.

Basically, the aim with SexCrime is to create a fully customizable framework so that individual players can tailor the experience to their needs. Bethesda games have been notably OK with homosexuality, and if you're happy to believe that it should be totally fine in Tamriel, good for you! Some people won't be able to shake the association of a fantasy universe with our own medieval or archaic periods on Earth, where homosexuality was very much condemned. I basically just looked at all of the useful tags and properties for an animation within the SexLab framework and came up with a list of every single thing someone might be persecuted for using those tags and properties. I'd add a bunch more crimes (and very possibly will do so), such as prostitution, solicitation, and necrophilia, except that there is no way for me to implement an automatic scanner to detect when one of these is occurring. I will need to wait until a modder decides that they want me to add one of these crimes to the framework for their own use. I don't want to get bogged down with actually making homosexual marriage illegal. It's a bit too far from the main idea of the mod for me to be spending time on. If you want to roleplay illegal homosexual marriages then I figure you can do that already by just pretending that no priest would ever agree to wed you.

I love it when I start with a female character she should avoid this get noticed for his homosexuality if it does not want to go to jail. What I think is that some witnesses could denounce gay marriage for example, if they like the character if it is in conflict. This is how I see the thing.

neogrendel Posted July 16, 2014 Posted July 16, 2014 The ship doesn't have to sail anywhere. They could just put a hatch on one of the existing ships in the harbor and make a small slave hold. I would need to explore the harbor ships, but there might already be an area that can be used.

I've never modded before, but I've just had a long holiday to learn. The Sex Crimes section is now its own mod framework, called SexCrime. SexCrime will receive a major update in the next few days, followed by a period of bugfixing, and then it will have enough features for me to leave it for a while to start work on the actual content. Now I'm starting to know what I'm doing, but my holidays are just about to end. Expect progress to move slowly, but not terribly slowly. I think my goal will be to get most of the false accusation and dishonest guard stuff out of the road first (should be fairly quick). I'll work on the other content afterwards, since I expect it to maybe take a bit longer. This is by no means a commitment, but I will tentatively suggest that the first content release will be in early September. If I have the time I could probably hammer it out MUCH faster than that, but I might just use the extra time to include more features and test more thoroughly. These are all just guesses based on my current modding experience, which fairly comprehensively covers scripting, but has barely touched on quests and dialog. Expect my guess to be fairly unreliable, but it could easily swing in either direction. I wouldn't be surprised if it turns out to be much quicker than anticipated.

What's truly missing in Skyrim is the Trial and Judgement phase but implementing them would mean adding courtrooms to each hold, adding NPCs to serve as Judges or suborning the Yarls and their courts for those purposes which would work if you could craft the whole thing as a scene in the CK. That would be another place where being a property owner and or Thane should definitely impact the judgement. You would not have to add courtrooms, the Yarls throneroom is the place for Judgements and Sentencing . The Steward acts as Prosecutor. Accusing guard\citizen. And if High enough Rep a plea of leniency from member of faction of said Rep.

My question is with this mod I dont see why it has to be one or the other. You could (no knowledge of scripting), have lets say 3 - 5 MCM toggles for increase difficulty. Players who want the dragonborn abused a lot could set it to high, the opposite for those that do not. Affecting percentages that Thane, Guild Master, Speech etc. have on the outcome of current/future interaction.

crudo Posted August 1, 2014 Posted August 1, 2014 Good luck with this project. I just used the SexCrime mod on a new game a few days ago and for the most part it worked really well. Since I usually play lawful characters it was an excellent way to have Prison Overhaul kick in without committing a crime. As far as this mod goes you have a load of good ideas. The only thing I suggest is to stay away from ideas that sound great but in terms of gameplay are really dull or annoying. I'm a big fan of Prison Overhaul but do not care for the long walks through town (thankfully Xaz has provided a console command to circumvent this). They add little to the game or experience after the first time and tend to get buggy on stairs and objects. Ideas to display a PC as a form of humiliation are good but again, just sitting and staring at a non-animated PC in bindings gets old fast. Dialogue and conversations that add context are great and tend to be missing from most mods. Captured Dreams and As Quick As You Like do a good job with this. Earlier someone mentioned being put on a ship and said it doesn't have to go anywhere. While true it would be fun if it did. Maybe three parts. In the port, they can torment the PC on the deck. Get taken below and then brought up out in the middle of the sea for some more fun with the sailors. Finally return to the port of another city to have the prisoner transferred to another cell or to Slave Town, as the mod author suggested earlier. You've got a lot on your plate so I don't want to distract you with other ideas. Looking forward to this mod. One last item, I like the reputation tracker idea, would be great if it were integrated into arrousal as one mod.

Because you want each city have its own law and each decides the penalties they would want to combine it with who runs the city's Sombrages or Empire. I do not know very well every aspect of the game but it must be very different as can be for it. Another idea: Possible to penalize Anal sex and sexual relations between races it can be an idea. Tell me what you think.
