OverClocked56 Posted July 4, 2014 Posted July 4, 2014 Should be but may be interpreted that he was not the last one as David Luis was there too.
OverClocked56 Posted July 4, 2014 Posted July 4, 2014 Why the heck they didn't play like this before ? Now it's late...
D_ManXX2 Posted July 4, 2014 Posted July 4, 2014 Anyone play New Vegas ?? Idé say this game was rigged from the start.. Any real referee would have given that keeper a red card period. But hey at least i have seen the Brazilian team shitting in there pants. They where so afraid they played dirty not smarter. First half would niged allot of those Brazilian player yellow cards that was if the referee was doing his job right.. Anyway at least i had a good time watching that cry baby neymar being dragged out of the game i hope it is permanent . I do find it strange that Colombia did not use his speed as advantage over Brazil. They should have used it more in there flanks. so they can attack the Brazilian goal. But instead they did not play as a team like previous games when they really played as a team. Too bad because there was real potential of beating Brazil today. That would have been a great ending.. Brazil out of the world match..
Redflyingmonkey Posted July 4, 2014 Posted July 4, 2014 That would have been a great ending.. Brazil out of the world match.. Instant revolution, Brazilians go berserk on the stadium, not a single team comes back to it's country. The TV channels and the big sponsors argue, and decide that football is done and the next big international sport is ping pong. Time jump to 2024, Ping Pong World Cup in Beijing, the Chinese team looses, this time the US says "hell no", nuclear war, end of the world, ice age.

Shion Posted July 5, 2014 Posted July 5, 2014 Neymar is out of the World Cup. http://www.cbc.ca/sports/soccer/brazil2014/neymar-fractures-vertebrae-out-of-world-cup-1.2697032
OverClocked56 Posted July 5, 2014 Posted July 5, 2014 Yeah, It's a pity. Referees allow too much brutality. The other day another player with a broken leg and not even a fault. They must stop this or else they'll have to play with protections and helmets like in american football.
Guest endgameaddiction Posted July 5, 2014 Posted July 5, 2014 Sick of these aggressive players doing this kind of stuff. What they need to do is start giving these players some jail time with no bail and 1 year of no pay in their contract. It's getting way out of hand. Soccer/Futbol like any other sports is all about discipline and if you can't take the pressure, get off the field. I hope it's nothing far serious for him. He's a very young player with talent and it would really suck to end your career at such a young age.
Kpnut Posted July 5, 2014 Posted July 5, 2014 Damn, just read that article a fractured vertebrae. He won't be recovering from that for a while from my limited knowledge of the subject that injury might also put him out for the beginning of La Liga. He's actually lucky that that injury didn't cripple him. As for the refereeing, it's been shocking for the entirety of the world cup and it's not just the referees, the linesmen have been pretty terrible as well, they've not been flagging for infractions that have been going on right in front of them for example in the France vs Germany match Ozil was so far offside that a 2 year old with a limited grasp of the rules would be able to tell that he was offside and the flag stayed down. I also don't think Brazil are going to beat Germany, especially now that they're missing Neymar. I mean if France, who have been a better team than Brazil, can't beat Germany then Brazil don't stand a hope in hell. It's looking like Germany are going to win it. As for Holland vs Costa Rica, I hope Costa Rica beat Holland, they've been really good. And for Argentina vs Belgium I honestly can't call it, other then I know what tactics both sides will use. Argentina will use the tactic of make sure Messi gets the ball and hope he can pull something off whereas Belgium will use the tactic of make sure Messi doesn't get the ball to pull something off .
Guest endgameaddiction Posted July 5, 2014 Posted July 5, 2014 It got out of control because the ref was bought. Many believe the ref was bought because it would be at stake for Brazil to have cards handed out when the next is the semi final. Fouls were going both ways, though, so regardless yellow cards should of been given out to keep the players in line. Instead it got to the point of this Colombian player charging at Neymar with his knee to his back and fracturing his vertebrae. And to top it off, the ref didn't even give Zuniga a yellow card at the very least. That should of been a direct red. If that ref was bought, FIFA is at fault, but as any corrupt SOB they will wash their hands and pretend like they know nothing. Most are in favor for Holland to win. I have to admit that they are a very very good rival. Still root for my CR. If they focus and control the ball, they can win it. As far as Belgium and Argentina, I think Belgium will win it. I still don't see a strong Argentina. Messi will have to either do 1 of 2 things; Make a crazy goal or do his infamous pass to a team mate to score a goal. Germany will win I believe. Even if they still had Neymar and their Captain, Thiago Silva. Brazil is good, but not at it's finest this WC. I want to see Costa Rica and Germany in the finals or Holland vs Germany. It will be one of them vs Germany, that's for sure.
D_ManXX2 Posted July 5, 2014 Posted July 5, 2014 Anyway at least i had a good time watching that cry baby neymar being dragged out of the game i hope it is permanent At least my wish got granted.. The real problem was not really Zunica. if you rechecked what has happened then you can only conclude that he played the ball. So the referee could not give him yellow or red. He just did it the smart way. He played the ball and at the same time took the other out. It could be considered an accident rather then on purpose. But the real problem is it was just dirty game nothing else to be said about it. Btw in all the years i seen Brazil play this was the very first dirty match they ever played. Like they really feared Colombia or something. So all in all Brazil itself caused the outcome for Neymar.
OverClocked56 Posted July 5, 2014 Posted July 5, 2014 I disagree. Playing the ball is not an excuse. There are rules. You cannot charge over a player, you cannot go with your foot straight on a player, you cannot jump extending your elbows and surely you cannot charge with your knee. That should've been red card.
Eikichi Onizuka Posted July 5, 2014 Posted July 5, 2014 Neymar is out of the World Cup. http://www.cbc.ca/sports/soccer/brazil2014/neymar-fractures-vertebrae-out-of-world-cup-1.2697032 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xaligUcCZlw a little Strange this Neymar accident.. Frau Merkel wants at all costs the World Cup, likely that the next team where he will play Neymar will be the Bayern Monaco, brazil to win will prove to be a great squadea without Neymar, unless otherwise .. Messi miracles of the tanks already have the cup and Berlin, along with the fate of a continent made up of people in the hands of a German Bank
D_ManXX2 Posted July 5, 2014 Posted July 5, 2014 I disagree. Playing the ball is not an excuse. There are rules. You cannot charge over a player, you cannot go with your foot straight on a player, you cannot jump extending your elbows and surely you cannot charge with your knee. That should've been red card. Agreed but if you checked the clip when Neymar went down there was no knee visible. So when the player jumped you could not tell from any angle if there even was knee that hit Neymar from the back. This was only a guess right now what hit Neymar. Football / Soccer is none Contact sport. So any type of elbow, knee, hands used unless keeper is foul play. That is why the keeper from Brazil also needed a red card instead he got a yellow. But seeing as how this World Cup went i really think FIFA needs a new set of rules that any of these types of foul play will be punished afterwards even if you did get a red card like what happened to suarez why was FIFA able to punish him and not the other is beyond me. These professional players are forgetting that they have the responsibility and are also giving example to others. So these types of Foul play are now copied to in Amateur players too. How are they going to stop that ?? Before the match started you hear silva reading a peace of paper of about fair play etc.. Where was the fair play when they where the once who started to play dirty ?? I guess it is more difficult to understand something you just read to the whole world hear.
OverClocked56 Posted July 5, 2014 Posted July 5, 2014 Watching the replay I can see Zuñiga with his knee up. Of course that is very difficult for a referee to see all those actions in a split second, that's why we urgently need to use the available technology to replay these action and punish accordingly. I don't think FIFA needs a new set of rules, only to apply correctly the ones they have, with the help of technology. It is odd that all the rules are interpreted by the referee to his will and being his decision the ultimate word.
D_ManXX2 Posted July 5, 2014 Posted July 5, 2014 if they can include new technology for the purpose of something is goal i am sure the techies will be able to have replay visible on big screen so the referee will be able to recall a previous decision. or have some more refs at the side to keep tabs of the entire match and if they discover something the referee did not they will keep the referee on the situation. Like what happened to Zidane head butt. Why where they able to call the referee to the side get him up to speed from what happened then ?? If they had made something like that here i am sure we would have gotten more punishments too players witch the referee did not see at first. But this World Cup will have FIFA being forced to change more about what has been going on. Btw why force players to read a peace of paper saying about fair play if they where not going to play fair at all ?? I don't get that part.
OverClocked56 Posted July 5, 2014 Posted July 5, 2014 Having an official watching a monitor and replaying instantly can inform by mic to the referee what happended in only a few seconds. I think that FIFA doesn't want that because they would lose control over who they want to win, mobsters...
OverClocked56 Posted July 5, 2014 Posted July 5, 2014 Cool ! As you always fail your predictions that means that Argentina wins...
