Mistveil Keep, I think. There are a couple of outdoor areas you can get to through the castle. I never liked it though, the ceilings are far too low.

 

 

The Dawn of Riften mod I have probably did replace the floor.

 

This is over the north gate.  You can get to it from a door inside the city, just to the right as you go in the door, though the location is outside. Similar to the Mistveil keep area, you cannot get out of it because the ceiling is too low and does not let you jump out.

Right behind the camera is balcony you enter the room and stairway is just visible to the right. There is a gap behind that fireplace and the door "out" is to the left. When I forget about it, I usually get jumped by someone that ends up behind it somehow.
