It is possible that the zip file download will be repeatedly incomplete without telling you so. That's a known github issue if your internet connection has not enough bandwith (e.g. like me)

So I'm getting this very bizarre bug. Whenever I equip a Device that's supposed to put my hands in front, it will instead put my hands up, as if I'm in a yoke. When I equip a yoke, it makes me crawl on the ground face down, on my knees and elbows. That's when I'm standing and running, though - when I'm wearing the Prisoner Chains and go into stealth, or jump in the air, my hands will go in the front, like they're supposed to. But when I'm standing up, they go back into doing the "yoke" position. Somehow my game has jumbled up which device plays which animation.

I've tried reinstalling ZAZ, all the DD stuff, and rebuilding in Nemesis a bunch of times but it still persists. All of my SL, Zaz and DD related mods have been working fine together for years, this issue seems to have just happened after I uninstalled Joy of Perspective and installed Enhanced Camera and Archery Gameplay Overhaul, which seems bizarre because none of those have anything to do with it. I've searched the forums and haven't found anyone else having this issue, does anyone know what's going on, and how to fix it?

So i got everything working just fine but for some reason when i talk to the npc's they just stand there, i get the dialogue choices but they dont say anything in return, no text or body movements at all but everything vanilla works just fine, any ideas?

...and is this the case with old backups? *maybe you should turn off the faulty mode and restart it after a clean backup?

Volt hasonlatos zavarodottság nálam is és más megoldást nem találtam, mint kikapcsolni a zavart részt és később vissza.... vagy törölni és tiszta mentés után újra telepíteni. Az bizonyos, hogy az utolsó játékmentések semmiképpen nem hasznosak.

I need a hand. I equip a yoke onto my, newly made for testing, girl char or a follower and they just do normal standing animations. Npcs don't do events but my player does and that's when she stands properly in the yoke. When the event finishes she goes back tp normal standing.

 

Edit: I got it to work. It required not only FNIS but Nemesis. In that order. At least for standing, runs and fights like normal still.

 

Edit2: Found Nemesis log. I have no clue what to do to get all the animations it says is missing.

Hi,

 

I was wondering: are there any cleavegags designed in devious devices (or any other mods)?

 

Because you can find very complicated and even dynamics gag models but it seems that the only way that a piece of cloth can be used is over the mouth. If so, why is that? Is it more difficult to code than it appears to be (compared to other existing creations)?

not sure if you know this is for LE, and not SE, but either way if you're interested in cleave gags and other types, you may want to check this link out, but be aware, there is no "locking" system in many of the restraints, only the Maid set uses DD locking system.

I followed your link - and some others from there - and saw a lot of complicated devices and suits but no cleavegags (like in so many mods actually).

this mod works on LE actually as well as SE. the toolkit from Kziitd contains the cleave gags. once you install it you'll see them

Ah thank you, I'm quite new.

 

From what I understood, is this more like a ressource mod? Or once you install it, can you actually find the new devices in shops, craft them, etc.? If not, how do you access it?

 

And what did you mean, when you said "be aware, there is no "locking" system in many of the restraints"? Thanks.

not sure about the crafting, i use the AddItItem mod (from nexus) and then call then items ingame (actually quite simple to use, instructions on Nexus are very easy to follow lol). and the locking system from DD, where you have the option to lock restraints on yourself, or when you end up having them locked on you and need keys to unlock. this is what i meant. that system doesn't exists on the toolset restraints, so you can take them off and put them on whenever you like

I'm... Having some troubles with the mod, only minor things (I hope, anyway) luckily but I don't know how to solve it


Whenever I equip a gag, or something that binds my arms, it works fine for a while then some sort of "Reset" happens and the animations stop playing. For instance, if I was wearing an armbinder it would work for a bit then my arms will return to my sides... What weirds me out even more is the "Update interval" (Which I presume updates animations) on zaz doesn't seem to do anything. It might be what's causing it?
