Is there a difference between AmorousAdventures-v3_0_2-sexlab.7z and AmorousAdventures-v3_0_2-0sex.7z?

 

The first one uses sexlab in it's sexscenes, the other uses 0sex in it's sex scenes, choose the one that coresponds to the sex mod you use.

So since the new Lover's greetings was the main thing keeping me from switching I did that now, and got ready to remake my patch that I posted here earlier (which is 100 % functional by the way), since presumably the title of the esp changed? Nope, it didn't, it's still called Sexlab-AmorousAdventures.esp, meaning no change needed to my ESP.

 

Can I have your babies? I mean I am a 34 year old fat guy, but if Arnold Schwarzenegger pulled it off I am sure I can too!

The Story Boxes in Quest sex scenes are now a permanent feature.  They're part of the Mod, I'm not messing with them anymore.  If you can't stand them, just don't use the Mod.

So... these new lovers options, huh?  They are taking a lot of time and, I'll be honest, I'm not really in the mood to Mod and voice edit. 

 

But, here's the thing.  I probably could have done another quest in the time I've been working on this ... and the script overhaul I did.  But, I actually like that some of my favorite characters are more personalized, now.  And that they want sex after awhile.  The reason I went on with this was because Serana felt the most unique of the Lovers.  Her lines were kind of different, and she had the hunger timer.  She felt kind of fresh even when I had to go do just Vanilla crap out in the world.

 

So, now a few of them are like that.

 

I actually think that's more valuable than another quest, just now.  You know, so they all don't seem like generic love-bots.  And, well, Amorous Adventures already has a lot of quests.

 

TLDR; still working on personalized lovers - probably will be for the foreseeable future because I'm being lazy about it.

This is great news!  Thanks for the update.  Also take your time, do what's convenient for you.  There is no rush.  I'm sure what you decide to work on will be amazing.

 

Edit:  Do I need to restart a new game, or can I just upgrade from 3.1 midgame?

Thanks for the update Fox, kind of sad you're going to force the text pop-ups if I'm honest.

Up till now your mod blended into the vanilla game pretty well. Sometimes I even found myself forgetting where the actual game ended and your stuff began. I get it, people have given positive feedback on them and it's likely easier for you to just leave them in as standard...

 

I guess I have to make a decision whether to remain at 2.11 (which is already a fantastic piece of modding) or bite the bullet and accept the change.

 

Either way I would like to thank you for your time and effort in bringing about this piece of Skyrim modding art.

No need to start a new game, really,  If you are on 2.11 now, just follow the updating instructions for 3.0 on the main page.

 

If you are on 3.0 already, it's just switching out the versions.

Thanks, you're very kind.  I know I totally could have retired and left behind a great Mod for players in 2.11.  But then... I wanted Lydia to get horny.  FML.

 

Personally, I like the story boxes.  To me it's kind of like in the style of an old movie, maybe like The Artist .   You learn a more about what's going on.

 

I'm constricted by the voice files for dialogue, right.  So it's a free-form way to tell the player about what's going on in the NPC's head.  More story.

 

In Serana's case, for example, it adds a great deal to her inner dialogue IMO.  In Illdi's case, where maybe you aren't sure you doing the right thing, you gain insight into Illdi's motivation.

 

So, what it is to me is a Story element that gives the player instant insight into the NPC's mind.  Like a thought bubble.  Of course, once the story is over, there are none in the Lovers Options.

 

But, you know, I'm not trying to change anyone's mind about them.  Just saying why I like them.

That's great, with that Nexus may serve a purpose; not kill your MEGA account entirely once Amorous becomes too big to host on LL, in about 3.86 MB.

By the way Foxfingers, once the enhanced dialogue stuff is done as far as you are concerned, I don't think your Patreons would mind at all if that fell under "new quest" as far as collecting your paycheck goes.

 

As one of your supporters on Patreon I would agree with Sacremas and I hope you do release it as a "new quest". You deserve it Fox for all the hard work you put into this mod for our enjoyment.

may i ask if you need the osex mod for osex version of AA  since i have the latest osex version and it might conflict with it, do i uninstall  the osex instead or just leave em both? o and one more thing does this mod http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/74568/? conflict with AA  i wanna start all over again if it doesnt with the latest AA with osex ver. with it o and another thing this is the best part THANKS FOX FOR EVERYTHING KEEP IT UP.

I am using the latest version, but how do I advance the sex scenes in Sexlab?  I've toggled off the auto advance, so that I can manually control them, but nothing happens when I press space, it keeps repeating the same scene.  I've toggled on the auto advance and nothing changes.  Can you please tell me what I'm doing wrong?

upgraded from 211 to 302 sexlab version.

 

all lovers who weren't upgraded to new dialogue seems to have lost the "MY LOVER" dialogue options? i mean i know that the MY LOVER was removed for the new upgraded lovers but it seems to have been removed completely with nothing to address the lovers that weren't upgraded. so lovers like idgrod, ingun, ysolda, taarie etc... have no AA dialogue options anymore.

 

also, there was a weird "..." with Annekke (attached pic below)

So it seems I've encounterd a strange bug...

I've played with this mod on another save with no real issues, but now I made a new save with the mod installed. The mod works, but for some strange reason there are no animations. It seems like it just skips the animations. When I load back to the old save, where the mod worked fine, the animations are there... I think this is very odd, and I have problems to figure this out.

Any advice please?

PS: It seems like I have the similar issue with "Amazing Follower Tweak"

Try reinstalling Sexlab Framework (make sure you have the updated one).

I'm sorry, I don't really understand.  You are asking...

The answer is yes.  You do need the OSex and OSA mods 1.08+ for the OSex version of AA.

 

Also, no, Relationship Dialogue Overhaul does not conflict with AA that I'm aware of.

Oh, well.... shit.  The options are fine, it's just the dialogue options aren't labeled.  That's a Bug with Annekke.

 

The missing option labels are:

 

- play with yourself

- follow me

- break up with Annekke

 

They will work fine.  They just aren't labeled, so a "..." is shown.

 

Don't select the last option in the list unless you want to break up.

I got the problem sorted out.  The problem wasn't your mod or Sexlab, it was my keyboard.  For some reason it disables then re-enables itself when playing Skyrim.
