This is mine.
Convenient cheat amulet.
I don't have to worry about magika with this. The other items are just icing on the cake.

What I like about it, is you can forge it at the first forge you bump into. It uses no materials and requires no skill to make. and Poof: you have a forging skill of 54 when you are done.

OK, admit it, Mr Purist. What cheat have you downloaded?

I don't use any "cheats". But I do work within the parameters of the game to pull off stuff that's as OP as cheating. Ever make super potions?

what ya mean like a sword with 7 million attack power? or 250% blacksmithing potions?

 I NEVER cheat, I am just learning to make mods! ;)  Proof --

1.  a bat file that gives me 600 septims and  12 lockpicks to start the game.

2.  a mod I created that puts a "thieves hidden chest" in the exterior game world with over 50000 septims and a bunch of gems

3.  a mod I created that hides chests in the exterior game world called the "Black Hand" bow and arrows kit in 2 locations... the bow is a redesigned and massively OP ebony bow and equally OP ebony arrows ( one shot, one kill except on the highest difficulty) complete with book on a table inside Warmaidens with a back story for the kit, and a cryptic note from the thief who stole it from the original "Black Hand" assassins giving the contents to whomever finds it, because he is being hunted and may not survive.

4.  a mod I created that provides a destruction spell I call "Cold Heart" (tomes stashed in odd locations and on merchant lists at a very high price) that combines frost damage, vampiric drain, and adds a percentage of the targets stamina and magika to the caster. works over several seconds and looks cool too.  Downside, it takes time, so I can be killed by high level NPC's before the spell finishes them off.

so you see...

I am just learning how to make mods!

But I Never Cheat.

(yes, they are currently in my game.... they must be tested, right?)

edit: to all who don't quite understand my nonsense - yes I cheat)

I do quite the opposite. I intentionally mod the game to make it difficult without being unfair.

I have a mod running I made that removes magicka entirely from the player and makes health/stamina potions only work on NPC's.

I use that with SkyRe on Legendary difficulty.

If I die a non-glitch-related death, I load a save in Riverwood at level 1 and start over.

Why?

Because it makes me behave like a human being, rather than a foolhardy hero god whose primary weapon is the save/load system.

okay you got me - I greatly reduced the health of spiders because I hate them

On a side note, I am not trying to be hardcore or anything. I play with a rift and like to get immersed in the game, and I can't get immersed in a game with nothing to fear.

Hats off to you

The only real cheat mod I use is one that make alchemy ingredients weightless.  Other than that, none.  In fact, when I try a mod that ends up being overpowered, I end up removing it.  I just tried a druid mod that mod me damn near invincible at first level.  Cool stuff, but way overpowered.

However, alluding to something guywho... mentioned above.  I do tend to reload on failed pickpockets attempts.  Guess that is a cheat.  Need to stop myself on that one and take my medicine...

Something like that. Maybe health regeneration 14576900% faster, bows that do 6584993 points of damage....that sort of thing. Kinda' takes the fun out of it, though. But you can whirlwind sprint off the highest mountain and survive, so it's sort of fun.

I enchanted armor once that gave me at least 8000000 hp then whirlwind sprinted off Throat of the World. Shortly thereafter I found out you need to drink a potion of ultimate healing before removing the armor!

Cheats?  Well, there's leatherbound huntress armor, that mod adds armor that's really OP in the early game that can be found in a chest in Riverwood and be crafted without any perks.  Of course, I stay away from the chest and don't craft it until I have the elven smithing perk.

Immersive armors lets you craft "Falkreath shields" that have a base value of 1600 gold and only need three steel and one iron ingot to craft.  That lets you up you blacksmithing faster than you should after you have "advanced steel smithing".

I sometimes sneak into bandit camps with invisibility potions (that got through console commands) and spawn 50-60 skeletons, then I sneak out and watch them fight from afar.  Does that count as cheating?

Cheats, eh?

I don't cheat unless I get stuck in terrain and have to tcl; however, I am perfectly willing to use questionably balanced mods. For example, I love Ocato's Recital (Auto-cast 3 spells on enter combat) from Apocalypse Spells, and I have an armor mod that gives me 25% or 50% extra damage resistance when wearing light or heavy armor. Combine that with the a fortify armor-friendly Bound Armor mod and I'm set. Finally, I use Empowered Magic, which lets my spells scale to a marvelous degree.

To balance all of this out, I have a mod which sets the base difficulty to 1x damage dealt/4x damage taken. I find it works quite well as a rebalance. The outrageous amount of damage taken prevents armor and resist stacking from being too powerful, but effective and satisfying when maxed out, and leaving my damage at 1x doesn't make enemies unbelievably tanky.

Only Money, cause after so many chars I hate to start over with low stuff. I cheat around 30k at the beginning, never again.

Buy some starter Stuff, maybe a horse. Level smithing a bit.

I forgot to mention in my last post, but I did run through one dungeon with TGM (god mode) turned on.  It was dungeon mod with enemies that looked like skeletons, but they could one-hit-kill my Orc who had 950 HP, 100 heavy armor skill, 100 block skill, and fully upgraded & dual enchanted Daedric armor.  Also, it was impossible to turn around and leave (even with TCL).  That mod was so bad it was worth uninstalling the whole game just to get rid of it (because I installed it through steam and that was the only way to get rid of it).

ETA: the quest for that mod auto-started as soon as you entered Markarth, and I've got a bug up my ass about finished quests once they're started.

I don't remember the exact name, but it had 'Markarth' and 'Under' in the name.  Markarth Undercity, or Undercaverns, or something like that.

Haha, nice topic. Here is my confession:

1. Money, yeah I added 1m gold at the start of the game, I don't even know why since I never have to buy anything, just loot stuff is fine. Probably I like the quantity in my pocket >_<

2. tmm 1,0,0 Not sure if it's a cheat or just semi-cheat, I really hate the massive land of Skyrim and I always get lost, so this made my life easier and I still have to go around myself...

3. Cheat Lock mod - http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/219 I dunno about you, but I hate the lockpicking animation system in Skyrim. The lockpick feels... bad. I dunno, I love the feeling in Fallout New Vegas, but in Skyrim it's just wrong, graphics and sound. So why should I waste my time on it?

4. all enchanting recipes :P

My very first playthru was no cheats at all. But that was 2 years ago. I have put together batch files that give max levels in everything, all perks, enchantments that normally wouldn't be possible, etc.

Some of everything. XD

All I ever give myself are money and arrows. And bows sometimes. And armor.. but the armor for me is clothes, same as changing clothes and hair and shoes. So they don't count as cheats! Money and bows and arrows do tho.. oh and my favorite daggers. That's it tho!
