Yep I use version from page 3. I can add via console some spells of weariness but they never go away. Does the mod works with SexLab 159?

 

Yes it works fine with SL1.59. You can easily tell from the results in the MCM menu which show the wear and tear

Does anyone know whether there are any similar wear and tear mods with visual effects through texture changes (which might have compatibility issues seeing as everyone uses a different body) or through overlays similar to say enhanced blood textures? 

 

I saw posts a few pages back of someone mentioning it but I was wondering if anyone was actually implementing one as such? 

 

The magical effects and debuffs are great and all, but I want to see some real damage done to my character, like limping or at the very last stage resort to crawling away slowly (i.e the bleedout animation).

 

Not sure whether ^ will interfere with other mods though such as submit/defeat. I know submit has a "hardcore" escape option whereby once the player is defeated, he or she will be bound and will need to escape by finding a NPC. 

 

Not sure whether implementing the above will effect mods like submit/defeat.

My first (very tiny) steps with scripting.  I don't know if it's okay for me to go and edit this mod, but I couldn't find any statement from the author on the front page, so I'll asume it's okay.

 

Made for my personal enjoyment, maybe also others will benefit from this:

* The damage resistance mechanic can now be turned off in the MCM menu. Thus, your character always receives the same damage, no matter how many encounters she had before.

* MCM sliders for healing rates are now adjustable in increments of 1, rather than 5.

 

Edit: I was so excited to get the script running at all that I forgot some vital testing... Sorry to the one person who downloaded the file already.   Here's the fixed version.

How exactly does the "size matters" function? I tried changing weight, scale, schlong size, but the damage is still the same.

I would like to make a request.

I would like for wear and tear to be effective during the animation sequence, according to the position you are in at the time. Considering 3somes, you might be riding a cock, while the guy you are riding is eating out someone or giving them a BJ, Technically I should only get vaginal damage, but it also gives oral damage.... Same thing goes when the tags have anal, vaginal, oral, you take damage to all 3, even if you are only involved in 1 of the 3 acts during the full scene. For me to fix this, I would need all the scripts, that don't come with the mod. Just like arousal adjustments for positions, vaginal will get me off, oral won't. This mod needs an update to use position of scene being played instead of tags, with gradual damage increase, and extra resistance, when aroused, and a hook to jump in with SLSO's "enjoyment" for extra damage resistance. *I like it rough, and my body produces natural resistances to damage the closer I am to an orgasm - Just want the game to reflect that as well*

Thanks for the offer, but no dice. I am not interested in the extra reading with my poor eyesight, that normally takes me an hour to read a page in a paperback book...

Ok, it also has a ware and tear system that relies on tags, not scene segments, meaning it won't get the damage calculations correct either.

IIRC you can disable the extra stuff to read with apropos. That is why I invited you to try it out instead of hoping for the resurrection of a dead mod

 

Anyhow, you could also go on apropos's topic and voice your concerns? I mean, if your critiques are relevant and a work around is simple enough...
