Need help chars stuck in T-pose. (RESOVLED: BAKA DEFEAT CAUSED T-POSE)

THE FIX

The pack im using uses pandora animation loader. the issue with this is that pandora dosent/didnt give any warnings.

Installed and ran FNIS, this showed me that files called "babo" where incompatible with my SKSE, thru gpt i found these files where added by baka_defeat.

Removing baka_defeat in favor for defeat vers "Defeat SSE" Fixed the animations issue and no longer T-Posing... however. game was still crashing on animation start.

To resolve this I simply reinstalled the pack from  a back up and added all my desired mods again with the new Defeat but minus FNIS this time as pandora is more upto date and now everything works as intended.

My takeaway from this is just because one mod is more uptodate and works smoother (pandora) dosent mean other mods (fnis) arnt still useful for trouble shooting etc, so if your having issues with animations but don't use/have FNIS Ill advice making a pack back up, installing fnis and running it to see if you get any error/warnings.

Hello, I'm playing useing wabbajack "ARSE" pack, and i added some mods to the pack but now everyone are now T-posing and npcs cant physically Move (I can still move and I can hear myself attacking etc but npcs dont) and I'm not sure entirely why/whats caused it (I know its ovbisouly one of my mods) but removing them dosent fix the issue

ARSE comes with pandora so thats what im running before I launch.

The text file has the pandora output and if you scroll down you can see the mod list at line 178 or if your not using notepad++ look for the below for when the modlist starts

As i mentioned im using ARSE Webbajack mod pack, and mods ive added Ive added the "BC" to the ends

If anyone knows a fix, what mod I have to remove OR update, please let me know.

Primarily id like to not touch any ARSE Defaults and just remove/update my "BC" mods tho

EDIT: Ive ran body slide and ive batch build as well (idk if this was needed, its just something ive always done when i start a new pack)

The pack uses pandora, wouldnt installing another animation loader bepointless/cause issues, as im pretty sure its not compatiable with pandora?

Mod packs aren't a thing on this site. Ask where you got the mod pack.

 

Remove FNIS. It's rarely a good idea to add more mods when you are trying to fix problems.

Its not an issue with the pack, the pack worked fined until I added my mods labled with "BC" at the end, I named the pack just in case someone who helped was familiar with it, in my exp asking the place where ive gotten the pack when ive added mods im usly told to go to where i got the mods instead, hench why im here.

I Just need help understand which of my mods is braking it as im clueless when it comes to trying to understand it, i would be happy with just removing the conflicting mod than a fix to make said mod work

So using GPT I found out it was baka defeat that added these incompat/issues, after some more digging, i found a dif version of defeat, the games still crashed on animation start tho. so i reinstalled the whole pack, added my mods back (minus the broken ones) and now it seems to be working, (i didn't install fnis again) 

Fnis and pandora i think was the reason the animations was causing the crash, that or maybe some old files existed, not entirely sure which it might have been, im just grabbing at staws.

What I will say tho is, fnis was helpful in finding the issue at least as pandora didn't tell me about any warnings, so pandora maybe be the better main app as its more uptodate, but the way fnis works was a godsend in trouble shooting so thats something to bare in mind i think.
