The mod doesn't remove clothes, I think that was a feature from the old SOS,but I don't know how exactly worked, I just know it happen when speaking or some dialogue

I don't know how the SOS actor magick effects work, I don't remember adding that but maybe is something added to More informative console itself

Use the blacklist and whitelist, you can do powerful things with that, like making all follower have or not have schlong without modifying them individually, or only vanilla characters, or only enemies from some mod, read the description

Edit 1: Ok i just ignored the bug to test some other mods. I jumped around, waited a few times, restarted the game. Then i moved from riverwood to whiterun (without unequipping and so on) and i wanted to trigger the bug again, but for some reason it "just works" now? Can't tell if the bug will return some day. 

I tried forcing the bug but nothing seems to work, I think is some other mod that is slower than my mod, the problem is that my mod is really fast at adding the schlong, and by doing that it changes clothes really fast and seems to conflict with some mod, maybe XP32 or CBPC? i had the problem with females, but can't replicated anymore, males neither, I'm close to read binaries

That was an idea I had, the problem is that ALL addons use int's in the esp to work, so I had to chose to still use integers or change ALL addons to use floats, and I don't think many mod authors would do that, or some have left Skyrim modding long time ago

The problem seems to be more than that, I suggest do this:

Remove the SOS addon from the mod
make a new SOS addon with the assets and the template, you can found it here:

In Sex lab, the PC's gender is also changed to male, so I now have to change that on top of this.

 

I already tried making a new character, and various load and re-load combinations, but nothing actually seems to make this change stick.

 

I originally had the previous version of SOS, that still had the .dll workaround, but after upgrading to this mod, this glitch keeps happening.

I think there is an option in MCM to change the Sexlab Gender from the mod, but If it doesn't exist, I will add it, This is a behaviour I added with the gender so I don't have to change the gender of all futas in sexlab from female to male

What's weird here is that despite me setting my PC to "none" and it even being in the JSON file as such, it still shows a penis and also sets the Sex lab gander to male. So Something is happening where it doesn't reinforce the manual overwrite I have explicitly made, and just gives me a dick regardless.

 

Also, I don't know what you mean with the "pubes" addon, I searched through all this mods provided files and couldn't find that - are you talking about a separate mod from another creator?

 

I have now managed to make a workaround, though it certainly isn't ideal: I just set the chance for my PC's race on any penis to 0 - So "nordrace" on all penises is now at 0 and that seems to fix it. Maybe with a custom race this would work even better, since now none of the nord npc's can have dicks, except if I overwrite them manually.

 

Maybe if I add my own character to the blacklist? But I am using MO2, and I can't open the .ini files through the virtual file explorer.

I will try to see what is happening, I'm trying to make more work for SexLab P+ because it seems to be the new sexlab mod and I wanted to help with it

6. Optional: If schlongs is visible under clothes, then target the npc, open the MCM and in the second or third setting you can select to "conceal/reveal for this cloth/armor" or whatever.

But I have to say it still not works for me properly. I cranked every "chance by race" or what ever the setting up to 100% and alot of them are still in underwear. My character is also male instead of female (no problem for other mods so far and maybe because i have a pubic hair mod). I will also switch to TNG or the other SOS version for now.

I will add the Sexlab option in the next update, I added for convenience for me, but I will fix that to have the option to change that

The scrotum collision problems are form the models themself, or addons, it can't be done here because it depends on the addons, this mod is more like a bridge between these addons and the pelvis, i don't know any addon that do that

something i found long time ago is that the camera is a "bone" from the skeleton, so mods that modify it can produce problems, so I reduced the number of mods that can be causing the problem

As for things to look at, do you think you could look at how this interacts with SLEN? Eager NPCs doesn't seem to detect this version of SoS properly (SLEN says SoS isn't active), whereas old SoS versions I have no issue with. Everything... seems to work, so maybe it's just a menu display issue? I'm not sure though.

I used to have SLEN, but if I remember correctly it was something with the SIZE of the shlong, so comments depend on that

now it needs an update to SLEN, not here
