I back to skyrim modding after many years, i just wonder if all the cloth/armor on those site somewhat support SKyrim SE or i have to find a way to convert them myself to use in SE (they in chinese/korean/japanese) so i kinda have no idea,  ? i dont want to use oldrims anymore cuz i see many ppls recommended SE as it is more stable for modding , but all the non-nexus cool armor like those from the mitakusaner blog and such is just too good.

but enb still shit in SE and eat your resources

i have try build full Heavy skyrim like just you do but i get same perf ( fps drop more then skyrim le ) nad all end look crap or eat your fps

I use Silent horizon ENB /Ultra tex ( disable most othsettings and shadow at medium i believe) with around 100 mods ( no 4k texture tho, 2k mostly), and it didnt eat my fps at all ( got a crappy gtx980ti- and it didnt look crap in game at all lol ) also SE have many no loading door house mod that dont exist in oldrims, and a few very cool combat mod : Tempest, rapid slash, freestyle katana, etc that also only available for SE only, and also yeah, lots and lots of good armor/weapon mod didnt get port, but i guess i can endure it, as i already learn how to port simple mods.

Last weeks Nexus are in heavy discussions about their mod bundles. For some users that may look pretty and easy, to install a whole bunch in one single task.

But let's think you get this enforced bundle and one of the mods inside conflicts with a special mod from LL, you have to decide which to ignore. I see also bloat packages are coming up, that may praise photo realistic fans but slam people who like to play without ctd, lag and thawing papyrus. The balance between pretty and playable is the deal, good to handle with single installable mods.

These days i even use aisa and russian pages with browser translation tools to get single mods. Too my mod archive @home is growing, before some of them are packed and not available as single mod. We will see the outcome of that.

can someone help me figure out the password to this mod?

Tried copying and pasting it into the box that appears when trying to install it but no go. I cannot properly convey how aggravating it is to find something I want to install and it has a password lock to keep you from even installing it.

It's posted in the commentary from 2022-06-23 01:02:35

But probably you already have found it meanwhile :)

There are more sites out there that have some great mods other than Nexus. (OTNx).

Though here at Lovers Lab, we have the best forums!
Some of the sites below have some great mods not found on Nexus!!

Please, don't ignore the (non-english) sites just because you can't read them. You'll miss tons of mods not found anywhere else!!

So, here are a few of the NON-Nexus places to get mods. (Add to them if you see one not listed.)

:heart:Lovers LAB!! ( Of course, number one! and I don't have to provide a link, because you're HERE!!!)

MODDB - Skyrim - Some mods that everyone is familiar with are also found here (and not linked to Nexus like GEMS.)

Curse - Skyrim - In the old days of World of Warcraft I used to get addons from this site, and they have some Skyrim mods, some older ones that haven't been updated and don't seem to have any 'heirs'. Meaning, maybe a modder might see a good old mod on Curse and bring back a mod that doesn't have a predecessor.

Skyrim Modtype: (Japanese): Unique Mods here! Great site for finding weapon mods, body and clothing mods and some unique hair styles for you Skyrim characters! Also has links to several other sites with mods and animations.(has a message that Mods here not uploaded to Skyrim Nexus)

JackGa Shop - Non-English Site, cool mods and very interesting!!
Halo's Mods - A very cool site, has some great mods I haven't seen before.

The Elder Scrolls General - After looking into this site it has links to other Mod sites as well as having information on Lore and other things. A good 'start' guide for adding mods and the use of various tools. A Must checkout!

"I've heard others say the same" - Not sure if that is the site name or not, but its a blogspot blog with some unique mods on them.

 Wolflore - A forums very much like LL, not exclusive with Skyrim, some RPG stuff,, even a Tolkien corner. Not a "Adult Content" site, but from my short visit, it looks like a fun place.

 TES Alliance - Skyrim, Fallout, Oblivion and Morrowind mods... I found quite a few mods NOT on Nexus here as well as mods that aren't (Nexus Exclusive). A Must checkout!

 Dark Creations - '..an Elder Scrolls modding community, providing free hosting services to mod projects and a place for all modders to share knowledge & ideas." <- I liked the site layout. Thank you RR!

SkyrimForge - "SkyrimForge is a site by modders, for modders. Our goal is to provide you, the author, the tools you need and a better user experience in order to make your life easier."

 Mods Reloaded - Here's a site that has a lot of mods, some that you won't even find on Nexus! Check it out!

 Brainsperm's Blog: (Japanese). Lots of Great poses and mods, plus many really cool textures and stuff for anime style gameplay

If you don't know Brainsperm's name, you should. His poses and use of FNIS probably inspired many of the unique and interesting animations for Skyrim (Sex).  "He's also one of the big reasons that I play Skyrim now. I saw pictures of his poses from within the game and was inspired. Great site. I can't believe I missed this one. Thanks Amox!"
