It's a shame—for some reason, my MO2 simply won't load this mod, the TOP mod, or the Rubber Factory mod. MO2 doesn't throw any errors, and the game doesn't crash (CTD) upon launching, but the mods just aren't being picked up.，I consulted the AI, but even after consuming a massive number of tokens, the issue remained unresolved.

Usually mods not being picked up like that is a problem with one of the mods requirements. Probably best thing to do is try it on a barebones load order and see if the same problem happens.
