In the newly added introduction scene where Feradel show player the dungeon, she will get stuck on singing bard songs and won't move to the dungeon.

That could happen even before the latest update. You have to tell her you have a request and then tell her to take a break. I set her bard package to only work when the introduction is complete, but sometimes she still insists on doing it anyways. She will sometimes even go down to play when she is supposed to be doing the upstairs scene with Eleia and Raselle.

This seems to be a common issue for players that use bard mods. I use mods that add more bard songs and allow the player to play instruments. Feradel is only supposed to play from 10AM until noon. Sometimes I find her playing in the middle of the night when she is supposed to be in bed. I always have to ask her to stop.

Also, quest packages are supposed to override actor packages. Even if she was allowed to play at this point, the quest package should override the bard package and make her do what she is supposed to.

It's annoying, but it seems there is nothing I can do about it except keep her from ever being a bard.

This is why I'm not a fan of making quest objective related NPCs a bard. The bard can take over the quest and you get stuck. Seen this on numerous quest mods. Use a follower framework. I use AFT. Make her follow you and get through the door to the dungeon. Her pathing will pick back up there so unfollow and take her off the follower framework. She will escort you to the new dungeon

I understand. I begin to think it might be a good thing not to make her a bard, or at least not indoors, because several later quest scenes got stuck as various NPCs stood around listening and cheering to her song. Like the following: the beastmaster to the underground cave, or Gron introducing Gorty as the new master, etc.

Asking her to stop playing would be quicker than making her a follower. However, I think I will just remove the bard package.

Another thing I notice is that regular music throughout the tavern stops when she is playing even when I am all the way upstairs and too far away to hear her. The player doesn't spend enough time at the bar or around the fire to make this package worth it. I'll just get rid of it. It was worth a try, but not worth keeping.
