(arounds goes cool too, just too much light, idk dnt havent medieval felling)

Eh.

In the Middle Age the world was "realistic" and the light too, not sepia, bloom and grain.

and ppl never use toilets like we dnt at skyrim xd ik theres a mod for that, but lol too much imagination ppl have.

I have tried several ENB mods and frankly have hated everyone except one. I use Sharpshooter's Extreme Graphics ENB preset (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/15105/). Seriously, when the title says 'extreme' graphics it isn't kidding. I run Skyrim on a rig with 16GB of ram, an Intel i7-3930k processor, and an Evga Nvidia 660Ti graphics card. Easily enough to run Skyrim on ultra graphics settings but for the first time after installing this I have actually had to turn down the graphics settings because of a loss of fps.  The other really great features of this mod is that unlike so many other ENB presets this one doesn't desaturate and gritty up every thing to give Skyrim that "gritty, dirty, keep-you-on-edge kind of look and feel." Well actually let me clarify. This preset actually comes with several sub-presets that allow you to either desaturate the game or even increase the saturation amongs other effects as well. Frankly I enjoy having the world a little more saturate. Hell, Oblivion and Morrowind were colorful why does Skyrim need to be a gray, drab, monotone sort of place. Now that all aside is great but in the end this is all just words on a page so I thought I would throw in some pics for you. I probably can find better ones in the game but this is what I have right now.

If you want to be as near as possible to vanilla skyrim try skyrealism realistic preset. Not sure if its worth it, as its "just" an upscaled vanilla skyrim without any fancy looks. Not my thing.

If you want the successor to Kountervibe try serenity. Youll get an enb created by the guy which makes the cot-weatherpatch (cot without this patch is a joke). Uses ele and all the nice things you know from kountervibe. Extremely beautiful landscapes and lightning of pc/npc is also top notch. Heavy performance hitter as well.

There's no realistic enbs .The most beautiful of them is YES, its Unreal's  ( http://www.asot.es/2001/09/skyrim-mods.html) and Gionight's.Not a single Enb modder creator i saw has an education in the field of arts and cannot create  ,how light and shadows works in real life ,to achieve normal realistic enb.

*look at Kojima MGSV that is what he desire - photo realism in games. His team made for this purpose FOX engine as example* * Square Enix made luminous engine to *

i see in enbs are  high over-contrast, over-brightness, over-shadows, over-directional lights ( that is epically fail in every enb i saw) its bad but not for a game on crappy engine i guess. That is all my opinion of course as an artist. Heck, even i tried to make one but in amd card ..yeah sure..

Maybe  name of the post needs to be * most interested & beautiful enb's * no ? Also japanese word Unko means - Shit. And by the light its jap for sure ))

Keep in mind i tweak the ENB almost for each screenshot so there isn't any preset that could represent every screenshot i took.

i know that Unreal, even if you shared your 3 year old preset , each config  depends of calibration matrix and architecture of the device.it will not look the same fot everyone.Like nice enbs that i tested made on nvidia card looks total shit on amd card.Every game looks visually different on cards, i tested, compared and the reds nervously suck hard at the toilet .

Also message me for your preset please ))))

Pointless question, there is no best for everone in every single aspect, only opinions of what you or I like.

Even that is dependant on the PC used and will change as components do.

The only thing that matters to me is my opinion for my PC. The only thing that should matter to you is your opinion for your PC.

Assuming Identical tastes and rig what's liked today can change tommorrow.

So get an ENB Changer

ENB FXAA SweetFX Manager and Remover by Volvaga0 39=Utilities=7804

or

ENB Manager and Changer; [·JAr] File Format by Legend Aeternus 39=Utilities=24402

Try them all on your PC and choose what YOU like best.

All else is meaningless chatter.

No more to say that's not meaningless.

Hi Guys,

currently i'm working on my new skyrim build. Most likely i'm goning to use this ENB: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/24828/?

I really like the atmospher created by the unbleak version. Because my rig isn't that good (GTX470), i'm using the performance version and disabled DoF (also get rid of the Filmgrain, which i don't like)

After tweaking my SkyrimPref. settings a bit and installing some Texture/Tree/etc. i'm able to keep stable fps between 30-40.

This is the preliminarily result:

If i could manage to get my hands on a new card (GTX 760 - most likely) i would probably switch to this beauty:

http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50065/?

Played around with it a bit, but my framerates are just too low - but the sun/cloud/fog effects are really great.

Last play through i used RealVision, but compared to unbleak enb or the preset by confidance´man it looks like some novice enb to me.

Greetings,

sinnerman

For quite some time I've used Unbleak, lately I've been using Natural Lighting and Atmospherics for ENB. It really does what it says and it also is one of the few enb presets that makes use of enb weathers. Since I started using it I got rid of all exteriors lighting mods like COT. Oh, and it doesn't cripple my hd6870 so that's definitely a plus.

As a downside nights are dark...the "can't see two meters ahead" kind of dark.

Ive got Kountervibe tweaked to how I like it. Vibrant, sharp, good performance.

Where you can find "Kountervibe tweaked" and instructions for installation..?

I believe it was given to me in a package that contained all of the K enbs. Its called Kountervibe (the living lights).

I use it combined with natural light (in beta) and facelight.

Check there ---^

Where find this "Natural Light (in beta)" you are referring to ? ^_^

Having a freaking good computer is the most important thing first. Otherwise, the ENB presets will just get downscaled in effects through ENBoost and all that.

My computer is pretty trash and old by comparison(6870) to the usual here, so I end up using one of the popular ENBs and then continually removing effects until my game runs 45-60fps.

Kountervibe, Sharpshooter, Opethfeldt(daytime), and Seasons True HDR, have always been my favorites. Where Sharpshooter and Seasons True HDR look the most "realistic" to me, and Kountervibe and Opethfeldt being more "fantasy".

What a necro, and there's my old post.

Once I upgraded I went to NLA and NLA is the best ENB since sliced bread. If you want realistic, look for NLA, Rudy, Aeon, or CR ENB.

I recently tried a new one called Real HD RGR ENB, but it seemed to only look nice during daylight and even then there were too much bright white colors, it'll hurt your eyes after a while but it's currently only in BETA.  It made my tall, blonde Lydia look like an albino vampire.  It's not on the goddamned nexus (thank goodness) so google it if you want, the link is in his youtube video.  See pictures 1 and 2.

So I went back to K ENB Purelight.  See picture 3.  Even though K ENB kills performance drastically, drowns the sky in bright lights, and there's a bit of orange tinge to everything, the ENB is still the best so far that I've used.  The 4k textures pop out on static models and my followers never looked so fuckable.  If anyone knows of another one similar to K ENB, please do share.

I'm currently using a GTX 970 with an i7 4790k and I game in Ultra-wide 3440x1440p.  Going to upgrade to a 980 ti in a few months here.  Waiting for Black Friday.
