October got here faster than I thought it would.

 

Finally decided to move things off my external drive on to the empty internal over the weekend. Looks like the internal drive failed, as on startup, it wanted to perform a check disk. Didn't let it at first, but then I found that I coulnd't access the drive. Restart, let it perform the check, and I watched it go on a delete spree. By the end there wasn't even 100 gigs left, and I still couldn't access the drive. Messed a bit with permissions, but I wasn't going to spend the rest of the night banging my head against the wall. Ended up formatting both drives. whatever didn't end up on the C drive, my laptop, or the Passport is effectively no more.

Maybe I should've just copied it instead of moving it all, but I wanted to see what exactly was left and try to replace the missing and corrupted stuff. I've only really been scouring the intarwebs for maybe ten years (older brother hogged all the dial-up before), and I somehow managed to keep the amount of stuff I wanted to keep to less than a terabyte. Probably a feat unto its self, eh?

 

Oh well.

 

 

Give me a week or two to work on a handful of projects (and play games), and then I'll start accepting requests again.

Small preview of something different I'm working on:

 

 

I kinda liked the Legion Armor that yuravica did, but was saddened at the lack of Palace/Watch armor replacers. Trying to use the Palace/Watch textures on the FLY Legion armor just didn't line up the way I had hoped, So I figure I'd try my hand at "Creating" one by hacking apart the Original Bethesda model and style it after yuravica's version.

 

Sitting here, staring at it, I'm considering hacking off all the chainmail parts, and replacing the nude skin textures with a chainmail texture (similar to how this version of the silverlight armor was done). I'll need to find at least one good chain type texture, and maybe a second, slightly different one for use on the Legion armor, if I were to go that route.

 

 

Yes, it will be DMRA, BBB compatable. I'll consider non BBB versions (if anyone expresses interest), and I'm planning to eventually do BDM versions as well.
