If not, then just make one and name it as mentioned (It doesnt need to have anything written inside) Edit: I forgot to mention that it does not have to be inside the same folder as the atlas images, just next to the "folder" Cln It's a bit later but I tried getting it to run again and I think it's somewhat working but now I have this flickering effect as if it fights with the vanilla sprites. When standing still it reverts to the vanilla form but when moving it uses the png from here (also when playing the needle and some more). Can't figure it out how to properly set it up. The file paths look like this: Hollow Knight Silksong\Hollow Knight Silksong_Data\Mods\Customizer\ModName\Knight (and the active.txt)\atlas0&1&info.json Appreciate the help. I think that's just due to the mod not being finished. That flickering happens because a bunch of sprites haven't been edited yet and still use the default. 1

I'm very unfamiliar with this website but I assume linking to NexusMods is okay? Hopefully you all enjoy this highly degenerate contribution to the Silksong modding community. I've included some images as well as the core .txt in case anyone wants to read through it before going to the effort of setting up the mod. Bear in mind that the Text Modder mod is a little broken right now and will fuck up your title screen, but the game is still completely playable. BreedersJournal.txt 77.76 kB · 4 downloads This is a wonderful surprise! Also I finished up those hornet sprite sheets from earlier but I don't know how to put the other ones into it so my redrawing has stalled XD Edited December 27, 2025 by emikochan added files 14

Hope someone it gets finished at some point because it's really good.

the_poet Posted January 3 Posted January 3 Apparently I'm a glutton for punishment, because I started work on a more broad text conversion. Theoretically, I might extend this out to replace pretty much all the text in the game with horny dialogue along the lines of the Journal mod I made. Here's all of Bonebottom's text modified to be horny, with a pretty heavy focus on pregnancy because that's just the content I like writing. This can be installed the same way the Breeder's Journal is, by just dropping the .txt in the TextModder folder alongside it. I don't think I want to put this on the Nexus page just yet when it leaves so much of the game unchanged, but maybe I'll start updating it there once I'm a bit further along. Bonebottom.txt 10
the_poet Posted January 4 Posted January 4 Spent a lot of today doing prep work for a full text conversion. It's nothing interesting to look at, but I got Word docs set up for all the different internal dialogue sheets, did a bunch of replacements/alphabetizing to get entries ready for editing and in the right format, set myself up a checklist for which files I still need to edit, etc. From here I should be able to start cranking out minor text edits for the whole game. I'll share some more once I have a few areas done. Most of the areas actually have very little dialogue, so I should be able to move at a decent pace. I know it's not a nude mod, but hopefully the text edits are enjoyed by those of you that don't mind doing a bit of reading. I think it will pair nicely with nude mods in the future, as well. 4
E4L0 Posted January 4 Posted January 4 Not everything has to be a nude mod, anything is appreciated regardless if the effort is minor changes or a full on change on the game. On that note, I managed to change from Customizer mod to the Patchwork mod. It feels so fast and easy editing the sprites and not having to reload the game every time or even start from scratch, although it doesnt let me edit my cloakless hornet ill go through the game and get caught to see if patchwork lets me edit it from then on. Ill leave a pic as to how I've set up the patchwork mod incase anyone who's working on it wishes to change to the mod (I downloaded the AshiePaws from Thunderstore since they will not be updating it through nexus)) 1

the_poet Posted January 8 Posted January 8 (edited) Been plugging away more at the text overhaul, it's been difficult to find time to work on it. Finished with Bellhart, which was a very long document, then did Sinner's Road because it's very short. Got a few other very small documents done as well. Most of the text documents are like 11-19 pages in Word, which take a few hours to edit through, but they're not too bad. Then there's the Wanderers file, which covers roaming NPCs like Shakra, Garmond, and Nuu. That one is 51 pages long, and it's going to be a nightmare. I'm pushing it off for now. I want the game to still be playable start to finish with the mod installed, so I'm maintaining important information everywhere it comes up. In practice this means I'm adding in text a lot more often than I'm fully replacing it, so when the mod is done, there will be substantially more text than there originally was in the game. That's fine though, it seems like the game handles longer text really well, and it's super easy to change the number of dialogue boxes in an interaction. I'm not changing literally every bit of dialogue, but almost everything is getting at least a little bit of a rework to make it hornier. I also decided to be a bit corny and change all instances of Pharloom to Pharwomb, which might be a bit much? But I think it helps get across the emphasis of the mod, and if I'm going to make that pun I don't want to half-ass it. At present I've completed 6/31 text files that have meaningful text in them. One of those is the Achievements file which doesn't matter much when the TextModder currently breaks the Achievements menu on the title screen, but I'm sure that will get fixed some day. Images of some Bellhart text and all edited files to date below. Oh yes, and if you're playing with these files installed or even just reading through the .txt's, PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD tell me about any typos you find. I'm guaranteed to make at least a few when typing this much, and some errors just can't be caught by spell check, even before Microsoft made it actively worse by shoving AI into it. That being said I'm using some amount of wordplay that probably won't translate well. So machine translations are possible in theory but will probably not be great. Mod is still coming along, I finished the Caravan text yesterday and started on City. The fleas took a bit of extra time because they have some really long dialogue, and also they move a lot as you progress through the game, so I had the opportunity to put in some minor storylines that play out over time. No pictures or files today, I'll upload more when I've made some more substantial progress. 4
