It shows that you were thinking about the importance of accessories. I hope to use some of these as bases. Though again, I am taking a bit of a break this week due to my real life getting hectic. Viewier Posted February 3 Author Posted February 3 (edited) @personmcguy and I looked at the sprites submitted so far yesterday and added them to the progress document, with a few edits done to each. We already have quite a selection. Thanks again for Dweller for getting on it so fast. I couldn't get all of slasher333's sprites added because the file seems to have gotten compression problems. We did add the Emerald Female Psychic, though. That was the best one of their selection, if you ask me, though it still got some edits. Speaking of adding sprites to the game, I'm afraid that I'll only be able to make updates on the weekends. This is because Hex Maniac Advance does not work on Mac, which is what I'm using throughout the week. I hope to learn Hex Maniac Advance well enough by this weekend to apply these front sprites to the game for all to enjoy. Though that does beg the question: do people want me to patch a Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald version for each update, or just an Emerald version? In terms of the overworld progress documents, progress is going well. I'm currently working on May's progress sheet, and I'm about halfway done with that. Brendan should get his sheet done soon too. I'm waiting for the weekend to make the sheet for everyone else's overworld sprites. This is because I want the sprites to be ordered in the way they are sorted in the code, which will make future editing an easier endeavor for me. If y'all still want to submit sprites before the next update, feel free to! We're always open. Though, please do not submit sprites gathered from other nude mods, like Naturist Emerald or Pigment Ruby. We're trying a new thing here where all the sprites are made by us. Since there are quite lot of trainers to edit thanks to PWT, I figured this would reduce everyone involved's hassle. Some movie exclusive sprites were pretty hard to find thanks to them crammed between other Pokemon sprites... Due to how the textures are mapped, I do not get to do funny business like untying hairs how does one going to implement penis on male characters is beyond me. Few extra pixels below and it's gonna clip into other part of the texture. I couldn't get to play the animation in Tinke since it just breaks! I do think there's a way around this, I just think it's a problem that gets quite silly. (Note : I exported these with older version of Tinke, so you need to locate a file with index number lower by 1 if you're piecing these together with newer version) Spoiler I have a feeling these files responsible for sprite mapping and animating can be deciphered but I can't prove it... One could just grab the sprites from Spriters resource site, but I was worried about compression ruining color palettes since images from internet are prone to do that. Putting it behind his back is a much better idea. I honestly have no complaints on Winona. She looks great!
