As it is this might be a bigger issue in game if you're using HDT. Or shrink the boobs and hips of your preset in bodyslide. 1

Not very good, since it is difficult to create abdominal details in cbbe and I mainly use uunp, but i tried. let me know if you want any changes. binwheel7.xml

And for racemenu, you can either edit the existing preset yourself or copy appearance from this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/97341?tab=posts Make sure you have all the mods listed in CREDITS section of mod.
