that's because whoever did the conversion for the bikini, didn't put the correct bodyslide files in it, they put the files for mini bikini in there instead of the files for simple bikini.

The dress is made to use HDT-SMP not HDT-PE. It has no bones attached to the long dress so it spazzes out when trying to convert it and it CTD.

That's actually pretty easy to fix in outfit studio. You can create a new preset for that outfit and lower the nipples... or raise the outfit slider for the nipples
