I got it and it's messed up.  The projectile comes from her feet, causing a lot of issues where it collides with the ground, making it pretty much non-functional.  Sale thing happens with the iron man skin, R-click comes from her feet, but since you're airborne, it's not as much of an issue.  That being said, if you want it, go sub to their patreon.  If a creator doesn't release a skin for free, then it's not free.

This mod is broken.  I paid for the patreon and the Ironman skin shoots armor armordrive from your feet, which makes Gamma Overdrive not work at all when you team up with Hulk.  As for the Hela skin, You shoot your primary from your feet as well, which makes you shoot into the floor VERY often, so neither of these mods are practical at all.  If he fixes it within a month, I'll update here.  If not, i'll be cancelling my membership.

I didn't notice any difference from the original game speed.

Change the output folder and be aware that it, like robocopy, will automatically overwrite anything it sees during output if it needs overwriting.  

This can be handy if, say, you wanted to do the NSFW Spray pack and THEN add the UI elements packs so that THEIR spray is visible instead of the NSFW on ones that overlap.

Ya, it's great.  This one was Lover's Lab only if I recall. 

The Scarlet Witch one with the giant titties all over is my favorite, but hey, not everyone understands G cup is minimum size.

I unpacked and deleted unpacked .pak files 20 times. I used adding mods manually and using two different programs for this. 
I don't see the need to reinstall your game if you saved the original .pak. The game will simply compile the shaders 
again and that's it.
