surrender button isnt working for me and im not being enslaved also the crawl buton also donst work..im wanting to be enslaved bye a wolf.. i have defeat and submit on as well do the conflict.just want to be enslaved

 

 I am finalizing an update that should help with that issue.

Another good news / bad news.

 

The next version of SD+ will require a new save if you care about Death Alternative.

If you don't care about DA, you should be able to get away with the same save (although I can't test that option).

 

On the bright side, it will remove the hard dependency on Death Alternative and replace it my mod events. That means you will still need Death Alternative to not die when defeated or killed by a trap. That also means you will be able to play without Death Alternative if you want to manually submit to opponents using the submit key.

 

YAY! This is great news! ^^ There's so many mods at this point that offer alternative ways of triggering SD that I was wondering when you'd drop the hard dependency on DA. Thank you!

It doesn't. But Deviously Enslaved, CCAS and Simple Slavery do. So by extension also every mod that sends player to Simple Slavery.

 

 

Enslaved on defeat is my preferred way. Simple Slavery seem to have some form of issues with its SD+ scenario, beside it only has a pool of 5 possible masters, then nothing. CCAS is a start mod, but sure and I do use it. I don't really enjoy deviously enslaved, however it was because of a very specific issue I had with it running along side other mods. Probably fine now.

 

I don't really get why people frown so much on DA. To me, it is a fine and very useful mod.

Right now, you can get enslaved to wolves through standard DA events. Alternately, you can "surrender" to them using the SD+ surrender mechanic, that should do it.

 

EDIT: Sorry, looked back a page and noticed you've already covered those and they're not working.

The only other way I can think of is starting a new game and using the "enslaved to a wolf" scenario in CCAS.

Right now, you can get enslaved to wolves through standard DA events. Alternately, you can "surrender" to them using the SD+ surrender mechanic, that should do it.

Hey, Skyrimll, I got thinking and wanted to shoot a suggestion.

 

I was thinking about followers that got enslaved with the MC. Could there be a event when the MC is freed by joining in which the owner keeps a follower(s) for some more time? Or replace the followers home marker and set it to where the owner is, so when you release them they head back to the place? (and get into bondage furniture, with a permanent master eternally whipping them until you come and request their assistance, and then they realize that you broke the training and need more...) )_)

hey everyone, i ran into a problem and hope someone can help me out.

i installed SD with frostfall patch and addons, moved them last in load order as advised, ran FNIS and started a new game. i set up everything correctly in the MCM and registerd the SD Quests in DA and chose the priorities i liked. but everytime i black out i just wake up outside of the dungeon with the notification "you still have some life in you". no enslacement, no dreamworld, nothing. it appears to me that DA is working fine but SD is somehow bugged. does anyone know how to solve this problem?

btw: after starting a new game, SD was already running (i didnt have to start it manually. is that normal? when opening the status tab i could only select "uninstall". so i just deselected "start after a night to remember" and "start after first escape")

I just started a new game *without* SD+ to test out some things, and I'm still getting the problems with switching to third person, and not letting me switch back to first without immediately switching to third again.

 

I really don't know what could be causing this. Maybe a FNIS bug?

A new version (3.5.3) is out with these changes:

 

- Added: Updated download for SD+ configuration addon 
- Added: Replace DA master file dependency with another esm (Heretical Resources Devious Devices Expansion
- Added: Move DA dependency into its own add-on Compatibility 
- Added: Add a global variable to disable cage scenes 
- Added: Make sure a follower cannot be enslaved when submitting to them willingly 
- Added: Add support for player override for slavery gear selection 
 
- Fixed: Find solution to 'stack dump' in error logs after enslavement starts 
- Fixed: Add 'none' tag to prevent equip of generic devices when no overrride is selected 
- Fixed: Camera jumps to 3rd person mode when changing cells while bound 
- Fixed: Mod fails to start if FNISSexyMoves is not installed 
 
- Removed outdated translations from download page
 
Note:
 
This version should remove the need for FNIS Sexy Moves (I would like some feedback on that since I need the sexy move files in order to compile some scripts).
 
Regarding the changes in requirements. 
 
In order to remove the required dependency on Death Alternative, I had to find a replacement master file.
I chose Heretical Resources Devious Devices Expansion for the job.
Make sure you install that mod in order for SD+ to run.
 
If you don't care about Death Alternative, you will not need a new game. Just update and you are good to go.
If you do care about Death Alternative, unfortunately you will probably need a new save game. I did what I could to prevent that but it wasn't possible to scrub existing saves  in order to run without interferences from old quests.
 
One thing you may want to do BEFORE upgrading (to avoid the need of a new save) is to first go into DA's menu and disable ALL SD+ related quests.

Heretical Resources? Really? That one requires BodySlide and I really do not want to install that, not for a mod that SD+ depends on for the sake of depending on something.

 

My own selfishness and laziness aside, the requirements of Heretical Resources itself seems excessive, if I read correctly that SD+ is depending on it just because it needs to depend on an esm to replace DA.

And starting with the upcoming DD update, Assets will be frozen, so all the new devices (lots and lots of them) will be going into Expansion. So if you need a safe master to switch to, I think DDx would be your best bet ^^

I will test a replacement of the replacement and see if it holds.

Done: I replaced the new dependency with Devious Devices Expansion instead of Heretical Resources.

 

Please update to 3.5.3a if you have already updated.

That's correct.

 

DA is required if you want to trigger SD when:

- you are killed by an enemy

- you are killed by a trap

- you are using Defeat

 

Without DA, you can still trigger SD when:

Thanks for the explanation. I hate DA, but i doubt that in the heat of the battle i will be able to keep track of health, as to submit before dying... I wish there was an option in Simple Slavery to trigger Simple Slavery on death and then send you to SD. But i guess i am too greedy.  :D   It's already a historical moment when SD arrives to the point to eradicate the DA dependency.
