I've installed SOS using NMM and then used BOSS to fix the load order. Underwear stays on all the time. I tried to download some addons, or at least I think I did, but that didn't solve anything.

I've looked around some of the help topics and I've seen people with two SOS - Vector Plexus~~~ .esp ticked. I just installed it normally with NMM and only got one.

Edit: I also don't have any skeletons installed if they're required. I don't think they are, but the more info I give the better my chances of getting this resolved I guess.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure but it seems you started the mod without any schlong plugin (like "SOS - VectorPlexus Regular Addon.esp"). In that case all NPCs you have encountered so far since you installed SOS have been marked as schlongless (no schlong, just underwear), including PC. After installing the schlong plugin, new NPCs you see should get a schlong.

Repair the schlongless actors with a schlong potion (buy it at SOS shop or get it via console), or just hit the "Restart SOS" option in the MCM SOS menu, general setting (this option might be hidden)

Well here goes a beta

Don't use it in your current playthrough, or do it but keep a backup. This is for testing purposes

There are some problems derived of using Papyrus arrays and formlists. StorageUtil gives solution to these issues offering better mechanisms for data storage.

On top of that, StorageUtil makes that SOS scripts run faster. It's noticeable on the reschlongification process. This hopefully will remove strain to the game.

This version will stay in beta stage until I feel confident with the changes I made. I will keep updating version 2.04 if needed.

As an incentive for testing this release, I've doubled the maximum schlong size (from rank 10 to rank 20). Already schlonged NPCs won't change.

This version has a new mod requirement: PapyrusUtil

How to upgrade from an existing SOS installation.

There are quite changes in the scripts, and it's advised do the following to avoid issues with the already loaded scripts that might be floating around:

- Go to a quiet place with few or no NPCs. Wait 1 minute.

- Save and exit game

- Uninstall your version, install the new one, don't forget PapyrusUtil

- Load the savegame

- Wait until SOS updates itself, it may take from several seconds to a few minutes.

- Save and continue from here

Hi there mate,

Just a small report on this beta version.

Installed everything correctly, SOS and PapyrusUtil, now everything works fine without any problems , however the schlong sizes rank from 10 to 20 on my character doesn't change, I tried the dragon potions 3 of them and the rank remained at 10...

...This is a minor bug that doesn't affect the mod at all and the game play but I thought you wanted to know since its on wip...

TY for this mod and the hard work mate..

I've added a patch in the beta post that fixes this issue. Thanks for reporting it

Also I'm glad of getting feedback of the beta

Well I have one of the plugins, as you can see from my load order. I'll try the restart SOS option.

Alright, I restarted SOS ingame. The first time initialization message popped up, then it said it loaded SOS addon vector plexus regular, then it said it was complete.

Still, no schlongs. I did the debug spell on an NPC and it said he wasn't schlongified. Do I have to do something in the MCM menu to make it so nearby NPCs are automatically schlongified? I'm pretty sure the box that says that is already ticked.

The NPC should be schlongified if it is a vanilla race.

It's pretty weird it loads a schlong and doesn't spread it. I'd say missing meshes, but then the NPC would be schlonged.

So I guess script errors. Please provide the papyrus log for that game session.

How do I get the papyrus log?

Edit: Or rather, since I have it enabled, what do you want me to do? Play for a bit? get a male npc naked? engage in activities that require the sexlab framework? Or just start the game, load a save, and type dps into the console?

If you can reproduce it again, all this:

Alright, I restarted SOS ingame. The first time initialization message popped up, then it said it loaded SOS addon vector plexus regular, then it said it was complete.

Still, no schlongs. I did the debug spell on an NPC and it said he wasn't schlongified.

I think I figured out. I forgot to increase the max rank setting in the upgrade process. Potion works fine after patch. Max setting also does when starting a new save.

Will do more tests and upload a new version that fixes that.

Also I'm glad of getting feedback of the beta

hi there...

I have installed the sos scripts patch you have uploaded with NMM and the game loaded five , however the rank size still remains 10 and doesn't go up with the use of dragon potions...so the problem remains the same, here is my load order :

I think I figured out. I forgot to increase the max rank setting in the upgrade process. Potion works fine after patch. Max setting also does when starting a new save.

Will do more tests and upload a new version that fixes that.

No rush mate, at least we have an idea on what it comes and how it is now, it was just to tell you the report, go easy, this is very time consuming and we have time to wait and also to play the game as it is now its amazing thanks to your effort on building and developing this Mod...

TY and no worries

Never mind. I figured it out. I did everything again and nothing worked, then I switched zones and undressed a random guard, as you can see from the log (I think), and it works fine. Maybe it was just that I had not switched zones? Maybe its just in Riften Keep?

I think it works fine now, but just incase, and for future reference for others, could you determine what I did wrong and, if possible, how I accidentally fixed it?

Log:

You are right. "Restart SOS" doesn't fix local NPCs until you change zone. I need to update OP to reflect this.

________________________________________________________________________

Fixes for the BETA version, new version 2.05.002-BETA

- fixed an error in the migration process that caused weird schlong shapes, more noticeable at bigger sizes (you can fix them with MCM Restart SOS option)

- fixed the issue where dragon potions didn't work past rank 10

- added the max schlong rank 20 to the migration process

- added PapyrusUtil version check

- added missing schlong plugin check

SOS will check the presence of the right version of PapyrusUtil. A message will show up if not so, and SOS scripts will stop.

I've added another check for missing schlong plugins. This will help to detect issues related to the changes made in beta. Also will solve issues like when I forget to click an addon in the 3rd step of the installer.

Weird shaped schlongs after ingame SOS upgrade to 2.05.001 process: fix them by MCM-cleaning all your schlongs, or use the MCM SOS restart option.

New games with 2.05.001 aren't affected

I've updated the BETA post

Finally thanks to all who are helping to test this version

To get papyrus to start outputting logs you must modify your skyrim.INI file which is located at C:\Users\xxx\Documents\My Games\Skyrim

Open Skyrim.INI and make sure the papyrus section looks like this:

[Papyrus]

fPostLoadUpdateTimeMS=500.0

bEnableLogging=1

bEnableTrace=1

bLoadDebugInformation=1

If you dont have that, just add it to the end of the file. Save and you're done. I'm not sure if it does it automatically, but ingame I open the console and type StartPSP to start "recording" or whatever and then dps to dump the log when I'm done.

Again, not sure if you really need to do all that with the console or if it does it automatically.

I've only installed this relatively recently and it's working fine thus far.  I have a few questions I did not see answers to on the frrst page and in going through the 40 pages of replies (or I missed it):

Are the Dragon and Falmer potions craftables at any point?  So far I've just gotten them from kills, but was wondering about other ways to obtain them.  Is the Trollolol (whatever) potion one of these?  I can't find what it does and was hesitant to use it.

Well you can always just quicksave and reload after testing the troll potion. I know there's some guy in Rorikstead that sells stuff, but I've never been there, so I cant tell you exactly what he sells.

There is a shop in Riverwood that sells all the potions, its a new building were is the lumber mill  crossing a wooden bridge...

Now: Reporting the Beta...

I had a bad time with this install, first the Npcs had no schlongs, then after uninstalling and reinstating the problem remained, my solution was radical.

- saved the game in a place without anyone, uninstalled the sos Mod, then loaded the game without SOS installed and saved after 2 minutes.

Left the game, and using the NMM installed the latest beta, and there it was everything fixed and running...everything loaded perfectly and now time to wait and see, but NPCs had them and myself..works fine, rank size is up to 20 now , the only thing is that I lost the rank 10 I had, so again buy potions and kill Dragons to grow the boy..lol

TY

I'll go look there, thanks.  I saw the guy once, but it was night time and I was headed to a mission so I never found the shop.

I was just wondering if potion crafting were going to be a part of it - for smome reason ground up dragon "bone" seemed a fitting ingredient.  :P

I am trying to get SOS to work, and I have installed it and the other required mods.  Everything seems to be working except my SKSE.  I get CTD either at the loading screen or a few seconds after loading.  I did see that CTDs can occur if i have another mod that requires its own custom skeleton and to download a compatibility skeleton.  I followed the link and downloaded a new compatible skeleton and it seems to work, but I still get CTDs.  I wanted to consult here before I do too much and potentially screw things up.  Is there anything I can do to get SKSE to work correctly?

This seems like a silly question, but are you sure your SKSE is up to date?

I've had problems before with CTDs. Usually happens when I load a save instead of pressing continue, and then sometimes it only works on the second try. Recently everything has been going fine, though.

Yes that happens to me also, CTD and second time do know why it works fine... Most of the times is when you uninstalled a Mod and load a save that had that Mod...

Appologies in advance for the wall of text.

I got curious about how can I add and remove shapes from NPCs and the PC without breaking things so I tested this with the UNP addon for females and after loading it up my female nord character (the only character I have) grew a schlong as inteded. I then went to the MCM menu set the UNP probability to 0 for all races and then proceeded to use the clean option (not the remove one). This reported than 1 schlong was removed. I then closed the menu but my character still had the schlong. Even after transitioning to a new cell and saving&reloading it was still there. The SOS debug spell does report that my character doesn't have any schlong assigned but the item is still equipped, I have to unequip/remove it through console. So the schlong item doesn't get removed from my character unless I do it myself.

Now, I load a test save with the UNP schlong mod active (female nord character), debug reports that my character has an UNP schlong, I then remove the UNP schlong with the clean option (reports that one actor has had their schlong removed, which is my character) the debug spell reports that my character doesn't have a schlong (even though she actually does because of the thing I mentioned in the first paragraph).

Now from here I did a few tests (always doing the same thing before hand which is load the test save, remove with clean option and check the debug info before and after):

Case 1: if I quicksave&quickreload (lets refer to that as Q&R) my character is reported as schlongified which is normal because the chance is still set to 10% so the scholgify process affects her on every load (cell transition or save load).

Case 2: if set chances to 0%, Q&R my character is reported as non-schlongified (chance is 0% so it doesn't affect anybody now); this is normal (except for the schlong item not being removed from inventory as mentioned earlier)

Case 3: if I set chance to 0%, drink an UNP potion nothing happens, my character is still reported as non-schlongified even after a save&reload (after drinking the potion). This isn't the inteded behavior I think.

Case 4: if I set the chance to 0%, Q&R and then drink the UNP potion my character gets reported as schlongified again (with an UNP shape) but this gives me an "This Actor Race was not designed to work with this shape addon or it's a custom race." warning (keep in mind that she's a vanilla nord).

Now here (case 4) is where shit gets even stranger: if after re-schlongifying my character as explained (warning included) if I go to the clean option and use it it reports that it removed the UNP schlong from 0 actors. The debug spell on the other hand does report that my character is using the UNP shape and has all the variables assigned (SOS factions and their ranks etc). So from this point onwards one way I could think of to un-schlongify my character was to remove the UNP addon or (as I found out after more testing) by drinking one of the other shape potions which doesn't display on my character (smurf's for example).

Moved on to testing this with male NPCs. To avoid having too many ESPs active I only use one shape normally which is smurf's.

I gave a male NPC that had the smurf addon equipped a UNP potion. I didn't get any warning or the like, I'm assuming this is normal. HE equipepd teh UNP schlong but as expected it wasn't positioned correctly since it's positioned for the female body. Now here's the weird thing: I then gave him a smurf potion and I got the "This Actor Race was not designed to work with this shape addon or it's a custom race." warning but he's a nord and he was using that shape before I gave him the UNP potion. He did switch to smurfs again but the warning was there. I then gave him a UNP potion and no warning, gave him a smurf one and again the same warning.

Decided to try something else, I set the chance to 0% for the smurf addon and cleaned it. Used unequipall on a nord NPC and he still had it equipped. Went outside and came back in and when I used unequipall he had the undies instead so it worked as intended. I can't do that with my male follower (vanilla race) for some strange reason. For testing purposes he was naked, I cleaned out the smurf addon, gave him concealing clothes, switched cells, removed clothes but he still equipped the smurf shape instead of the undies (note: I didn't give him undies, I assumed SOS would add them if he isn't supposed to use any particular shape). Debug menu reports him as a non-schlongified.

For what it's worth I'm using this skeleton here: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/25971-xp32-maximum-skeleton-extended/

This is with the current stable release, I'll give the beta a go and see if it changes anything.

-----

An odd thing, I don't see any Restart SOS in the MCM menu.

I have a general settings section with global settings (schlongify nearby NPCs, schlong size booster, npc dialogs, spells to controll errections and spells to check SOS internals), addon reconfiguration (NPC zie probability and type probability) and keybindings (pgup, pgdwn and shift). Maybe SOS didn't update for me properly, should make a clean save and reinstall?

-----

I loaded up a very early save that didn't have SOS installed on it and the Restart SOS option is there now som something went wrong when I updated. In what version was the Restart SOS option introduced?

Tried out the beta and I don't get the warnings anymore, only when trying to give the UNP potion to a male and when trying to drink smurf potions as a female so that seems to work properly now. As far as I could tell it still didn't remove the UNP schlong after setting the chance to 0% and cleaning it and it still did the same thing when I removed it, readded it and tried removing it again (I can't remove it a second time). This is with a fresh character so there might be something wrong with the UNP addon and how it handles cleaning for the player character. Maybe it would be a good idea to add a remove schlong from actor function (mainly for usage on the player character) that removes the actor from the SOS factions along with removing any schlongs from their inventory (without the need for a cell transfer) so if you just want to.

Also noticed that sometimes I got the "[ActorName] was trolled" message when drinking the UNP potion and then drinking the smurf one as if I drank an "Essence of the troll" potion as well which wasn't the case.

What might prevent schlongs from showing up in the MCM menu?

I installed all three schlongs bundled with SOS, plus the PermaUndies schlong, but none of them appear in the menu.

This is my load order and this is what my MCM looks like - no schlongs listed.

This happened to me as whell, do this:

- Go to a quiet spot in the map like the road half way to High Hogar and save there and exit game.

- uninstall SOS with the NMM and delete it from the NMM mod list

- Run the game without it installed and save again after 1 or 2 minutes... ( If you get a CTD the on loading the saved game try it again some times happens but at the second try out it loads ok.)..exit the game again.

- if you want you can load the game again just in case and save it again. (I have done that to clean the damn skyrim save game memory that causes so many bugs after uninstalled Mods), exit the game again.

- Install SOS latest beta and on the plugins section of the NMM place the SOS plugins at last in the load order. ( do not forget on SOS install screens that you have to select all 3 schlong plugin sizes if you want them to appear at the MCM menu.

- Start the game and load the last saved game...and check your character and maybe kill some male NPC or undress one to check is schlong...if this worked save and play mate.

Note:

This is what I have done to solve that issue you have and some others...so try it out and maybe it works for you as well, but pay attention that this way you install a clean installation of SOS like it was for the first time so you will lose your schlong rank if you had one , I had rank 10 and went back to null but at least the Mod works perfect now...

Ok so I reinstalled the XPMSplusSOSplusSMS Skeleton (the compatibility skeleton linked to on the SOS page) and everything seems to be working properly, in that I can use the mod on men, but when women unequip their armor the game crashes, so it has to be an issue with the skeleton or something.  Here are some mods I have that may be conflicting (but I am not sure if any or all of these are an issue) :

Calientes female body bustier version
Calientes body slide
CHSBHC - BBP
Heavy Metal (armor mod for bustier body)
and also that XPMSplusSOSplusSMS Skeleton

Do i have to disable these mods in order for SOS to work with the UNP futa mod?  I was hoping to use them in conjunction with it.

*edit* - I just noticed in the skeletons information he said the skeleton only modifies males at the moment :/ so does anyone know if I can get a skeleton that will work for using the UNP futa mod with women?

I've only installed this relatively recently and it's working fine thus far.  I have a few questions I did not see answers to on the frrst page and in going through the 40 pages of replies (or I missed it):

Are the Dragon and Falmer potions craftables at any point?  So far I've just gotten them from kills, but was wondering about other ways to obtain them.  Is the Trollolol (whatever) potion one of these?  I can't find what it does and was hesitant to use it.

TY

What do you mean with "this install"? From "2.05.001" to "2.05.002"?

"first the Npcs had no schlongs": that seemed the right moment to look for errors in the papyrus logs

I think random CTD issues is more a game issue than an issue with a specific mod. This is aggravated if you use a lot of mods with scripts, like SOS. Try to reproduce the CTD issues with less mods.

You may consider switching to SOS light.

Appologies in advance for the wall of text.

No need to apology for such a well detailed report. Your post has been very useful and will lead to fix some bugs.

Thank you!

You are right, the clean function doesn't activelly remove the schlong. Equipping an armor that uses slot 32 or 52 should remove it, and when you unequip the armor the schlong shouldn't come back.

Case 3: if I set chance to 0%, drink an UNP potion nothing happens, my character is still reported as non-schlongified even after a save&reload (after drinking the potion). This isn't the inteded behavior I think.

This is a common configuration, and I tested it a couple of weeks ago. Can you reproduce this consistently?

Case 4: if I set the chance to 0%, Q&R and then drink the UNP potion my character gets reported as schlongified again (with an UNP shape) but this gives me an "This Actor Race was not designed to work with this shape addon or it's a custom race." warning (keep in mind that she's a vanilla nord).

This is a known issue I tried to fix in beta. This message should show up only if the schlong that you are trying to get using the potion is not meant for your race or gender. I think this fails when the target is schlongless, even if requirements are met.

This makes no sense for me. The clean option should remove all actors from the SOS UNP faction.

So from this point onwards one way I could think of to un-schlongify my character was to remove the UNP addon or (as I found out after more testing) by drinking one of the other shape potions which doesn't display on my character (smurf's for example).

Debug menu reports him as a non-schlongified.

lol'd at the underwear. The most trollysh piece of robe, it never works as intended. What says the debug spell about the "actor" spell? Its magic effect is what puts back the schlong. Cleaning the schlong removes that actor spell from actors, not sure about the magic effect. I have to test this.

No, that's OK. The restart SOS won't work if you started using SOS before 2.04.003 version. If your SOS isn't broken you don't need that option.

-----

I loaded up a very early save that didn't have SOS installed on it and the Restart SOS option is there now som something went wrong when I updated. In what version was the Restart SOS option introduced?

OK so the warning fix works, glad to know that. I need to do some testings with the clean option. Removing the schlong item seems a logical move.

Also noticed that sometimes I got the "[ActorName] was trolled" message when drinking the UNP potion and then drinking the smurf one as if I drank an "Essence of the troll" potion as well which wasn't the case.

OK this is interesting. I've been trying to reproduce the "was trolled" issue. That message shows up when a schlonged actor with rank 0 get a schlong. I couldn't figure out how the player or a NPC could get size zero, being schlonged at the same time, other than using a troll potion.

As the NPCs are scripted to auto drink any shape/size potion I thought of weird situations like NPCs (eunuchs) ninja looting trolls.

So a clean + shape combo can produce this, I will test all this and maybe get rid of the "was trolled" issue

What might prevent schlongs from showing up in the MCM menu?

I installed all three schlongs bundled with SOS, plus the PermaUndies schlong, but none of them appear in the menu.

This is my load order and this is what my MCM looks like - no schlongs listed.

Some people reported an issue like that. I don't know any (reasonable) cause for this. It's a new SOS installation? Are you using last version?

They are for male and female, and will work with all mods you listed.

XPMS should also work (male/female). I think XPMSplusSOSplusSMS is just for males.

XPMS should also work (male/female). I think XPMSplusSOSplusSMS is just for males.

Yes mate From "2.05.001" to "2.05.002" , I had to uninstall save the game without SOS and then re install the SOS and load the clean save...

The NPCs had scrotum but no Gun....the Papyrus log was not possible cause at that moment I had missed completely a SKSE ini edit that I had to do before that upon install

of the 2,05.001 version... so I gad no papyrus log to show you here...my mistake sorry...

I have posted the fix or install procedure some posts above to help another guy...

Now after the clean install everything works fine...

I have a bit of an issue, and I've used a bit of the other fixes to no avail. I have the bending dick issue, and I've used the 'overwrite stuff with the new XPMS/new Schlongs' method and that did only a little. BTW I use TesModManager because it has a familiar feel when I used to play and mod Oblivion.
