A: Should only happen with some followers/follower frameworks - it is outside my control. Since it's a daedric dream, maybe Vaermina just wants your followers to watch you suffer

crash-2024-10-31-08-31-51.logPretty sure this is the crash log from the last time it crashed on me, Aparently I somehow didn't have it enabled in the Sexlab MCM (even though I could almost swore I did when I made the char), but now with the same dream (iron maden) I get the "Variation = 0" cancelation and no crash, I have SL animation loader, and I'm in 1.61170.0.8 (SKSE64

No quest at the moment, as I am working on the more core features of the mod. Eventually, I do want to have some sort of quest. Maybe leaning towards either resisting or giving in to Vaermina.

Another option for debugging: Download sexlab matchmaker and see if you can initiate sex with the same creatures as in the dream using matchmaker's spells (spawn those creatures via console). If you can't - the problem is with your setup.

Another option for debugging: Download sexlab matchmaker and see if you can initiate sex with the same creatures as in the dream using matchmaker's spells (spawn those creatures via console). If you can't - the problem is with your setup.

By the fact that it says "spell failed to effect the Skeever" over and over again, along with some other creatures i spawned, i can assume my problem is outside of the area of this mod.

Several game freezes in a row when exiting sleep. Cured by disabling the "black screen", although it seems to have an effect when starting sleep.

Hello, guys.  I like this mod very much, but recently I got a weird situation. I use 1.1.7 patch and when I go to sleep and begin to watch the wet dream I get these strange visual effects. It happens during all the sex scene and continues after sleeping. Do you know what causes this graphic effect? Has anybody had such problem? Help, please. I don't want to delete the mod, because it's really good

I had an idea... Since the mod uses loading screens anyway, why not make an exclusive one for it? Even the one about Vermina. Just add the necessary conditions to it. Something like this...

 

 

By the way, the previous speaker's second screenshot shows exactly the blur that I would like to see. However, he himself doesn't know how he got it and is very upset about it, to the point of deleting the mod.😂

Well, if it remains after sleep, then there really is nothing good here. The only thing is that the author of the mod has not done anything like that yet - it was just discussed. Accordingly, your problems are most likely not related to this mod.

Can you try to untick the "black screen" option in the MCM?

Happened three times in a row in one situation (dreams are different). Before that I had no problems with a black screen, and there are none in the new version.
Speaking of the new version - suddenly "impossible to load animation with bandits" popped up again
About loading screens... Dreams do not happen that often, so it will be "diluted" with many others, but it fully corresponds to the theme of the mod. If you really want, you can make several different screens, but in my opinion this is unnecessary. Of course, replacing it with a "whirlwind" would be even better, but...

I've given 1.1.8 some tests and here is my report.

 

I can't get Horny girlfriend to work at all. When I enter the dream, I get the message asking me if I want to use the nearby bed and no matter what I say, I get kicked out. Not just out of the dream, but the whole game. I get sent to my desktop and have to start the game up again.

 

I've tried half a dozen times now and the longest I've been able to stay in the dream is about 2-3 seconds. I can't even get a look at whoever I am about to get with. I also get no error message. As soon as I say yes or no to using the bed, I wind up back on my desktop. No way to get a debug report.

 

 

As for Shamanistic rituals, it seems to work just fine half the time. However I am seeing a lot of bugs especially with the creatures Frea hooks up with. They often just stand together but make noises like they are doing an animation. My PC animations usually work just fine. 

 

Also, quite often Frea gets stuck in an animation stage and I just can't end it. Even if I go over and try to manually advance the animation to the last stage, they stay stuck in a certain position. If I have the Wait for all actors box checked, I get stuck in the dream and have to quit to get out.

 

There is also a problem with Frea's creatures rapidly shaking up and down and losing colors during animations. At first I thought these ice wolves/bears were rapidly switching back and forth between forest wolves or cave bears because of the dark fur. The sabre cats never have the color changing problem, but they do often have the shaking problem. Frea never shakes or makes any other weird movements.

 

I've gotten kicked out a bunch of times and gotten error messages like 'Failed to start animation with Frea and actor!' or 'Failed to start animation with player and actors! (variation=1)'

 

I feel like these problems become more likely when I have Wait for all actors activated as well as the max sex count above 1. When I have things set to just one round and no waiting for Frea to finish, the dreams usually go pretty smoothly. Not sure if this is just a coincidence.

No. Not the crashing problem or the animation problems.

 

I thought maybe having 2 FC animations happening at once might have something to do with it so I went back to Aar gahvon geinmaar and Iron maiden. I set the minimum rounds to 2 and the max to 3. At first I was not using Wait for all actors. I did a few tests and they worked fine.

 

I activated the Wait for all actors and did a few more tests and they still worked just fine. So, it appears the number of rounds or Wait for all actors option are not having any negative effects on the old dreams. Although I have only tested these two. Not sure about the rest.

I tested that hotfix and now Horny girlfriend is working fine. No more crashing to desktop.

I used Hentai creatures to summon snow wolves, bears, and sabre cats into the real world. I used matchmaker on them and nearby NPCs and the animations played out just fine. No shaking or freezing. It's definitely only in the dream.

Can confirm the Horny Girlfriend dream did work for me with this fix. I did get a popup for bed usage even though I don't have that option selected, but everything worked fine.

Weird, I am not sure why the error should happen in the dream. The flickering you mentioned is even weirder. Or the fact the error doesn't show consistently

I had finished the Vaermina quest by destroying the staff before installing this mod, does the choices in the first message pop up change anything?
