Define "not instantly". 3 seconds? 10 minutes? Before character creation? After character creation? In the LAL dungeon, or during the vanilla cart ride?

You can't have really bad lag in-game after a CTD because the game wouldn't be running anymore. So either you didn't CTD or you did something else between the CTD and the lag. Restarted the game perhaps? Also, how did you determine you were lagging in the intro video?

it's about 10 second on bethesda games studios title show up and my game went CTD. i can determine why it's lag because the sound is lagging and motion on intro scene was lagged i'm not even on cart scene it's just before that CTD happened. i also install crash fix but still it's not work.

also sorry for my bad english.

Well to me that sounds like you got some bigger issues, and the crash log may not even be relevant in this case but I suppose it doesn't hurt to have a peek still:

https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/59818

Get logs from 2 crashes in the same situation and post them here. I.e. 2 crash logs from when you crash during the intro video for instance.

this is the crash logs i think there is nothing weird about this?

So in that case the CTD was not actually caused by an unhandled exception. You'll need a debugger and knowledge of the assembly language to get more info.

The most practical approach would probably be to remod Skyrim. You got some serious issues going on there (issues that may be beyond Skyrim even) when even the intro video is lagging.

That is one of the more resource intensive mods, depending on how you use it of course. I believe these days it can offload its work to Cuda, but if you have an AMD graphics card you're probably stuck running it on the CPU. I don't know about Cuda support in mobile nVidia chips. I would assume any reasonable CPU these days would have no issues with it, but since you're on a laptop that makes it less likely you actually have a proper CPU in there - perhaps if it was in the $1500+ price range.

And just to clarify what I mean by "proper CPU": Of course laptops have proper CPUs - most are x86 with competent instruction set support and decent performance, though this seems to be falling out of fashion somewhat; making room for smartphone ARM chips. What I mean is a CPU with high single-thread performance, 6 or more physical cores and a cooling system that can keep it up for longer than 3 minutes. Those standards are not a gimmie (golf terminology) in laptops.

2.8 Ghz without turbo is not the worst I've seen recently, but its below what I'd personally consider. 45W tdp is slightly suspicious but then again, you probably don't want 100+W one in a laptop if you plan to use it for longer than 20 minutes on a brand new battery. Have you checked your temperatures lately? Its not thermal throttling is it?

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/17881/intel-extreme-tuning-utility-intel-xtu.html

I realize that's a utility for overclocking and otherwise messing with hardware, but last time I checked (granted that was years ago) it was the only utility that could reliably show thermal throttling on Intel chips.

Edit: Obviously you need to run that app in the background while putting load on the CPU - like running Skyrim I guess.
