Maybe try specifying tags in the tags file (or even specific animations). Binding is using the standard calls, but if I recall P+ was having some issues with a function call that was returning tags.

 

Testing it with p+ was in on my to-do, but I could not get p+ working last time I tried (for anything) and have not invested more time in figuring out what was going wrong.

 

If you have any mods in mind that work well with it, I can peek at the source and see what is different.

Hey, if you have this save still, can you try running sqv bindc_mainquest and let me know what it says? Mostly interested in that quest state section.

Sorry, I still have my save data, but I can't type the "_" character in Skyrim using a Japanese keyboard.
I'll try to find a way to enter it.

I was able to execute the command from the .bat file.
The screenshots show the state immediately after loading and the point where Elik failed to appear.
