If it is a 3dmigoto mod or a non-DLC p3a mod, there is probably no compatibility issue. Edited November 8, 2024 by NotAZebra
ishtarfan1 Posted November 9, 2024 Posted November 9, 2024 Guys I'm stuck somewhere. My vgmaps are all fucked up. I import a swimsuit mesh from sexy&nudes mods, made some adjustments in blender. I exported it. I'm not sure why I didn't see a vgmap file when I exported it, so I just copied one of the vgmap files to use. Then I made the package and it looks like this lol Trying to figure out what happened, I export the mdl. It was set 90 degrees on x axis in blender by default for some reason (which is why it was on the floor). I thought I applied the location, so weird. Main issue is the naming for the vertex groups are incorrect. It's named RightToe_Top but it should be RightChest. Would renaming it resolved the issue or is something else?

NotAZebra Posted November 10, 2024 Posted November 10, 2024 (edited) Toned Bodies DLC update: Feri’s tribute to Shirley Files here. This was hard but worth the effort. The textures need some work, but I don’t know when that will happen. Spoiler Edited November 10, 2024 by NotAZebra 3
ishtarfan1 Posted November 10, 2024 Posted November 10, 2024 (edited) Omg i fixed it lol I had to export it -90, then it stays 0 degree during import. I did have to transfer the weights as well. I have some weird rigging on the side (like it's not straight). I assume I need to work on my blender skills? I was using the grab brush a lot. Spoiler Edited November 10, 2024 by ishtarfan1 1

This is a known issue with these models. This is my process for fixing the strange weighting around the chest and shoulders: Make the costume, and make the .mdl with kuro_mdl_import_meshes.py Backup and rename the work folder with all the meshes and json files (important!!) Turn the costume back into .glb with kuro_mdl_to_basic_gltf.py Import the .glb into Blender, then export it again, overwriting the original .glb file. Be sure to turn on Export Tangent Vectors (in the options side bar of the .glb export, select Data -> Mesh -> Tangents). Turn the costume back into raw buffers with kuro_gltf_to_meshes.py Copy over materials. (OPTIONAL: Replace the hair and shadow with the ones from the backup (this process ruins the hair, and I'm not sure if it affects the shadow so I restore both just in case). BOTH the .fmt/.ib/.vb/.vgmap files AND the sections in mesh_info.json including the original bind matrices must be restored. - optional because I'm told that exporting Tangent Vectors prevents the damage to the hair. I will confirm it myself when I have a chance.) Optional: Edit the meshes in Blender again, select the body mesh, Select All in edit mode, and do Merge by Distance Make the final .mdl withkuro_mdl_import_meshes.py I did this with every single model in all my DOA mods, hoyoverse mods, etc. It’s also needed for Feri, so it’s not just for large breasts. I also had to do this for my DOA mods in Ys X so it’s not just Lakovic’s model weighting. (I did my own weighting in Ys X.) Edited November 11, 2024 by amorrow28 2

Agnès is cosplaying as Robin from Honkai Star Rail, Feri is trying on Keqing's Opulent Splendor outfit, Risette is wearing Ruan Mei's dress from Honkai Star Rail, and Judith has on Ganyu's Twilight Blossom outfit. As always, thank you to the legendary @lakovic for the nude bodies that I used to fit the costume on, as he has generously given me permission to use! Disclaimer: Obviously I do not own and do not claim ownership of any of the assets used in the making of this mod. DaybreakHoyoverseCosplayMod.7z 56.15 MB · 154 downloads To use the mod, just copy contents of the dlc folder and the mods folder into your Daybreak folder's dlc and mods folders, and then make custom tables as usual. The costume can be unlocked from the DLC tab of the item menu. All the costumes can also be purchased from the shop right outside Van's office. NOTE: Starting with Daybreak, Falcom no longer has a modular DLC system, so without making your own custom tables, you can only use one DLC P3A at a time! Please see here how to combine the tables of 2 or more DLCs using the .kurodlc.json file included in this mod. It is an intimidating process at first, but will become very easy once you do it once or twice. Enjoy! PS - Yes, I adapted these from my Reverie mods. Those were an insane amount of work, so I definitely feel justified in reusing them! How to be like you transferring other game model to kuro have any tutorial?
