NAF Bridge has its own AAF.esm as a shim for mods that rely on existence of some records in AAF.esm

Looks like you did not remove AAF.esm shipped with NAF Bridge. Or it remain somehow aftrer deinstallation.

For the second part, I'm starting to think it might be something baked into my save game, because I did reinstall AAF after removing NAF... I might just go back to NAF since that seems like it would be the easier route, unfortunately, I'm not sure how hosed things are just yet, so that might not be an option.

The erection bug I was having before is not great though... I would REALLY like to get that sorted somehow. It's odd to me that all of the focus seems to have gone into geting animated vagina and anus mechanics to work but very little focus has apparently gone into geting the other part of the equation working smoothly. I have half a mind to just generate all male meshes with a permanently erect penis mesh, with no morph files. Sure, that would be annoying in another way, but at least the animations would look mostly right.

@Evi1Panda Looks like someone used AI to port NAF to AE, may be of interest to you:

I know you have a bunch of customizations built on top of it.

Thanks, I've already seen this. In fact, I would only be supportive if someone took this project away from me. Sorry, this is not some pretentious statement, I really don't have enough time right now. But I will try to return to the issue of porting to AE (to the modern version of CommonLib) closer to the end of the year. If there is still at least some then the meaning.

Actually, I’ve noticed how many AI-generated projects have been coming out lately. On the one hand, that’s cool; on the other hand, I’ve gotten a little hooked on it myself, and I realize how bad it is and how it lowers the overall level of understanding. But that’s beside the point — these are just my observations.

Yeah, AI is becoming invasive, and the people using it often learn nothing from it because they don't do it themselves.  The concern would be not being able to solve problems with it, at some point it prices will be raised.

I FINALLY FIXED IT it was fallout emotions. For some reason when i removed it the scenes worked flawlessly

on another note. is there any mod to advance stages in an animation by pressing a hotkey?

Damn, I looked at that mod a while back but never installed it.

I decided to try my luck with NAF again, BUT I'm STILL having this issue. I guess I managed to get some progress since the last time I tried NAF, dongs extend now, but they are still in the flaccid position. I wonder what version of Body Talk everyone is using, assuming that IS what they are using, I'm using 4, but then I saw older posts on here that say that version 2 works the best. The only thing I did differently this time around is I installed a mod that adds the BodySlide morphs to the LooksMenu mod folder.

Ok, so this is going to sound kind of dumb, but if you are having issues with penises becoming erect during animation sequences, and you are running the OG version of the game, MAKE SURE YOUR F4SE IS UP TO DATE. This was apparently the issue I was having the whole time, or at least part of it, and I wasn't even aware of it, and it has been causing all kinds of problems with mods, including the one I have been having here.

Apparently I had been using a version of F4SE from 2020, and I needed one that had been released in 2022, version 0.6.23, which must've been an update that I missed during the time that I had stopped playing the game. Check the date on the F4SE files in your Fallout 4 game folder if you aren't sure, don't just assume you have the right version, like I did.

The only reason I was able to figure any of this out was because of an error message I got while trying to install a different mod, and the mod creator suggesting that I take a look at my F4SE version.
