Here are the Blender files for female characters w/ upscaled textures and working outlines. If you want the raw, unmodified assets for modding, they're in the 'Raw' folder. I don't have experience w/ texturing or modeling, so it's up to someone else if they want to make nude edits

Can the mod be installed on a pirated version? Because when I try to launch the game in r2modman, it doesn't find Hades 2 in my Steam games, which is normal.

The mod works just fine for me, maybe you need to reinstall.

I hope it's ok for me to pirate this thread for something Hades 1 related, but it seems to make more sense than open a new thread for a single question.  

So I saw there was interest in some Hades 1 mods and that there was a "Hades Image Exporter_Importer" on the Nexus. When the export actually worked, I started editing the sprites for Aphrodite (using Dorian Bates' H2-Edits as a base – Let me know it that's a No-Go and I'll immediately delete) and Alecto.

 

Then I tried to use the Importer, but it doesn't work. It just stops with the error message "GUI_Textures100.png", which is not much information to work with. 

Any help would be appreciated, what I've edited so far is in the spoiler.

hello, been a lurker here for a while and I wanted to add in my art here. I made these a while ago but I didn't really do anything with them because I thought this wasn't being worked on anymore, anyways here are my takes on selene and eris. I tried drawing theme similarly to how dorian bates would and these are the best I got.  Currently working on athena.

I did make it work. Expect Hades: Free the Nipple Edition sometime this week or next week – This one is equal opportunity in that it also adds male nipples. It's supposed to be actually immersive considering Greek mythology. Better late than never.

Alright, at least some people want it.  I ran into a few issues in the meantime. I had to reformat my computer and lost a bit of the mod config files, and the update changed some stuff so it needed to be reworked and new images needed to be added anyway.  I have updated it now and will post what I have so far.

 

I mostly used the same structure as Medician to keep it easy but I have updated the instructions a bit since I did change the file structures a some to make it easier in my opinion. I have included my instructions in the Readme.md file included in my zip.

 

Sadly I haven't had a lot of time to play games recently so I haven't been able to get to all the portraits in-game yet.  Some of them will be placed incorrectly on the screen if I haven't seen them in-game yet because these images are all custom instead of just changing part of the original image.  If you run into images that are misplaced (too far to the left or right, up or down) or are scaled too large so that they are not showing the whole image just let me know and I can adjust the config to reposition/resize the images. I will add updates as I find them and fix them hopefully.

 

What this includes:

17 portraits for the codex

34 character portraits for pretty much every female character in the game

 

I know for a fact that not everyone will like the AI aspect or the art style of all the character and I'm sorry I can't make something that pleases everyone but I mainly made this for myself and am just sharing in case other people would also like it.
