Can we select which character we want for the futanari invasion, as there were some of my children that i want to used to do the invasion.

No it spawns a futa as its designed originally to be random futa from the enclave. Would be a cool new mechanic for fully futa cultures/futa dynasty's to have though. However faithful seeds do get access to crusades which allows you to pick someone to get the land.

How do I increase enclave trust and influence? I have 1400 goodwill but i idk how to get the other stats

Futanari Merchant.  I believe you have to be landed.

idk how i missed that. How do i get traditions? ive been doing excavations and haven't gotten anything unless ive just been unlucky

Is there a file or something that can guide me through the Hermillia quest since I did faitful seed path quest and got some titles but i cant see if there is anything else. On my other save i played as someone else and Hermillia formed her own special kingdom.

There isn't really anything for Hermilia after she forms her own kingdom. I got 2 immortal women who came to my court afterwards but that was about it afaik
