  6. I could not get any bartender to give me the Companions/Werewolf quest after 30 attempts.  (I was able to get it in version 8.0.0.)  Is there a way get that specific Radiant Prostitution quest (or any other of the nine quests)?

I appreciate version 8.1 and look forward to future updates.

 

1) Have you got ConsoleUtil? I use it here to put the player to sleep for an hour or two.

 

2) I haven't changed anything with placement, it is random and you might just have got unlucky there. I might have a look at that.

 

3) mf_handler.pex is RPs core script file, it always has been. mf_ is the prefix for this mod. I have no idea why that is included in OSL aroused but make sure you overwrite with this mod.

 

4) I'll re-test this but as far as I'm aware it works, make sure you have threesome animations.

 

5) I don't understand the issue here?

 

6) Different locations can give different quests. Try bannered mare for that one. If I'm testing a particular quest I need to recompile MCM script currently.

Well it should have been easy but the notes for how to use were incorrect and the script files were not included to check.

 

Through trial and error I got it working though, if user has SLHH mod will use this for certain events and next I will add usage of this to the table service job too.

Out of curiosity, since patches that replace core scripts in other mods is a gripe of mine, I looked at the OSL Aroused download.  It provides a Radiant Prostitution "patch" without explanation of what it does, but obviously it will override any changes to the mf_handler script that RP-RMCW has made by replacing it with its own version.  (This is why the mods that I publish never replace any other mod's scripts; however great the benefit might be to what I'm doing, it's not worth the risk of breaking someone else's mod.)

 

I would think that any situational loss of functionality for arousal would be insignificant compared to potentially breaking RP, so Vortex's desire to load RP after OSL Aroused is good.

I suspect it will be something to do with the SLA integration the mod used to have, as I removed that (because again it had an overwrite included in RP for one of SLA's script files) it would be useless anyway. Anyone using the mod should make sure RP overwrites or delete the conflicting file from OSL Aroused.

I thought best test this and found the same issue. I have fixed it, it was from when I was cleaning up the esp, I accidently removed a persistent flag that was required.

 

I'm just gonna test now and will publish update shortly.

I retested this and it works fine, if you can turn debugging on in sexlab and initiate the event again + send me the papyrus log I might be able to see why it is failing for you but normally it's no animations.

When the player gets given debt from the SS++ outcome, how does this mod decide where the player is sent, how much debt and to whom the debt is owed?

The buyer is 1 of 5 NPCs at random, the innkeepers from the main inns at each of the walled cities. The amount owed is configurable in MCM. The debt is owed to the innkeeper that buys you.

I see "how about a good time with a (race)" dialogue even without starting any prostituion quest. Is this normal?

Edit: To provide more context, it was in a new game with alternate start directly in an Inn. After leaving Inn and walking outside the town, it showed "Indebted " quest completed and then the dialogue issue got fixed.

Earlier I posted a patch that allows followers to become pimps. I think that this is a huge upgrade for Rad Pros gameplay. If you choose to develop this feature, then I'd recommend that you allow the SS++ outcome to select from a .json list of potential followers who the player can become indebted to. This would be a huge improvement!

Can you explain this patch a little. Submissive Lola already comes with owner as pimp option so I'm not sure if it is still necessary?

 

The reasons I used only the innkeepers from walled cities is are 2 fold.

1) I think it is reasonable to assume that they are wealthy enough given they have prime real estate.

2) I wanted to make sure players knew the bounds of where they can travel after they are locked down to the town they are in. If they exit the town they will be given a large bounty after being sent from SS or borrowing and reaching 2x initial debt and returning.

No, that's not normal but it sounds like it fixed itself for you. It doesn't make a lot of sense with how it's setup, if anyone comes across a similar issue please report with more information.

Submissive Lola makes Owers demand that the player complete some whoring quests, but you still have to go to the innkeeper to get the whoring quests. The patch I posted earlier allows the follower to give out whoring quests, sLOLA does not do this.

 

I'd really like to encourage you to develop the mod in a direction that the player can take some whoring quests from a follower. I would also really like it if the SS++ outcome could send the player to a follower and assign Rad Pros debt to the follower.

 

Allowing followers to give Rad Pros whoring quests would make the mod work much better alongside player slavery mods.

 

It would also be nice if you could offer customers to use followers instead of the player character. This would allow the player to whore their followers.

There is an option in submissive lola for "Owner can be your pimp". Can you please confirm? I was going to add your patch to the mod but this being the case I don't see the need?

It wouldn't really work with the "Indebted" quest I have created here for multiple reasons. I see this quest (when sent from SS++) as more of a better outcome, the innkeeper has purchased you as a humanitarian (or at least that's how they see themselves in this context), planning to release you after they have made a profit. I thought it would be nice when sent from SS for there to be a "less bad" outcome.

I think it would more be changing how submissive lola or devious followers deal with SS++ event, for example submissive lola could have an SS++ outcome to put you straight into the prostitution quest in submissive lola, which already has a gold amount to be covered; and the mod is already setup to use RP if it's available. I'm not sure either authors would be interested in developing such a feature though and if it even falls within the mod design each author would like.

Probably won't be developing the mod in this direction, it's always been a player prostitution mod and it would be a large change. I think there are other mods that cover npc/follower prostitution quite well.

That sLOLA feature only works when sLOLA starts the event for forced prostitution, at other times the sLOLA follower can't offer whoring quests. The patch I posted allows the follower to always offer whoring quests at any time, and it works independently of sLOLA.

 

Also note that the patch I posted is just a shortcut and might prove to be buggy if used with certain quests, since you can start those quests outside cities but Rad Pros assumes that the player will always be in a city when a quests starts. Seems like it would be a good idea to add conditionals to the dialogue to check if the player is in a city. I'll look into updating the patch.

 

It's understandable if you don't want to develop the mod in the ways I mentioned. Thanks anyway for all the work you put into it.

I assume you've tested this a good bit? You've never had a problem with leaving an area and getting a bounty put on your head while running the free roam prostitution quest and leaving an area? I think, like you say, best to add a check so the dialogue is only shown in towns and I can add some better context for the feature with the new dialogues.

That'd be a nice feature to have.  Or some sort of integration with Devious Companions? I really do like the integration with RP and Lola.

I have issues with running Devious Companions while Submissive Lola is active, but that is an unrelated problem.

I thought I'd just toss a few ideas here before I forget them.

  • Chance when telling the innkeeper that you're done to be sent to simple slavery. "I talked with some of the patrons and we got an idea of another way you can make money for the inn! They've agreed to be witnesses to the 'verbal contract' you and I made arranging more 'permanent employment' after your 'temporary employment' here. Slave traders from riften are already on their way. Thanks for helping out the inn!"
  •  Guild Master Duties. After earning enough whore rep and while being head of one of the factions, 1 of the factions you belong to learns of your extra curricular activity. Thank you for adopting this mod. I have been tempted to give previous versions a try but have been consistently put off by reports of hanging quests and other bugs, so I appreciate the continued development. However, when I check this version in SSEEdit, it reports 23 errors (screenshot attached). Do these still need to be addressed?

 

Either way, again, thank you for your work on this!

I had a suggestion for the mod, of course no hopes for implementation, but sounds it seemed really interesting to me. Basically, after indebted quest, when innkeeper gets fed up of the player, he sells the player to Simple Slavery Auction and if the player has any female/male (togglable) follower, they became slave of the innkeeper( or any random NPC) through  Follower Slavery Mod

thank you for updating the mod! imo it's the best prostitution one out there. fingers crossed for some more content focused on just working as a waitress :3 (no pressure haha)

some of ideas of mine to make it more varied but also i think not too complicated to mod in is a sweep the floors quest, maybe a cook something quest, a quick delivery job to a store in the same town quest or go to a store and buy stuff, dance for customers (maybe a private dance too?), and just more variety in combinations of orders clients can place.

yeah the waitress stuff is quite of a gem. i don't think any other mod ever did anything like it.

My biggest issue with RP has always been the dialogue scenes. If you can fix them too, then this will be a gem...

 

An example on what I am talking about:

Just tested your version with my male PC in Bannered mare. Got the job from Hulda and went straight to proposition Olfina. Now, the mod has built a nice system for dialogues with many options. Olfina said she wanted my PC to be rough, but since that was out of character for this particular guy, I picked the "may I suggest something else" option. I then suggested I lick her and Olfina agreed...

 

So far all is good, the mod has built a scene and it is good roleplay... but then it just seems to go random from here...

 

Olfina follows to a secluded location and I talk to her again. The mods dialogue choice is something about lifting her dress and spanking her ass... then the sexlab animations start wich is a cowgirl animation, followed by the final words from Olfina that she will go find some milkdrinker to spit my cum on... 

 

The progression just seem random and doesnt make sense...

I will check those errors in the next version but they mostly seem to be referencing quests that don't exist in the esp for whatever reason. I'm not sure where but along the development quests were removed that were added by one of the authors. I am not sure why they were removed and have been looking for them to see if they were worth restoring but cannot find an esp containing them.

This is a good idea for handling followers. I'm not sure atm because I've not even had chance to properly look at Follower Slavery Mod yet but it's on my list.

I do want to revamp it at some point but not my focus at the moment, I'm not sure whether I'll get around to that or not but you're thinking is in the right direction I think. More progression, varied content and negative possible outcomes (perhaps leading to debt for example).

Thanks for outlining that so clearly. I haven't really tested with male PC and your particular scenario there sounds like it is poorly done. Basically, there are a few things at play. It's not super difficult to fix that individual instance but finding all of them will take time. I do want to iron out anything like this though.

 

There are bits here and there where the dialogue doesn't match up with female PC too, I am aware of, which I want to fix.
