That's the HGEC conversion of the DMRA gape lower body. Amber tried and tried to fix the seam when she was active...no luck. It still looks pretty good in-game.

The mod has 2 sides which is the Remainers (Good) and the Derkan (Evil). The player will join the Remainers but can get into the Derkan side and just fuck this babe in the end of the quest-line.
