For whatever reason, I think Characters in Anime can pull off those levels of blushing (Mainly because their noses are small, so they have a lot of space between their eyes and nose), but in Oblivion it just looks unnatural and discomforting to me. Do Women actually get that much red in their face in real life? xD The only way it could work is if it was subtle. For example, this is a picture someone uploaded to the EDialog image section on the Nexus: You can tell there this is still some blush, but only a little bit. It's subtle and therefore boosts the beauty/cuteness of the character instead of lowering it.

Some Oblivion modded installs are too far gone and can't be saved. Sometimes it takes flying around Hawkhaven as a colorful anthropomorphic bird, or role-playing as decaying corpses, to come to this realization. May the Nine Divines be with you, my friend.
