If I'm not mistaken, I believe that hair is included in the KS Hair pack, which... seems to have become extremely hard to find for some reason, it's not on Nexus anymore. I figured out how to get it but I can't recall how, so this forum should help out. Also, I find that image highly disturbing, scary even. Jeez. But to each their own??? It looks like to me her neck is broken... and those eyes! And... war paint? If that's what you like, more power to you... well I'll stop.
