Looking for Modern Mods (Lore Unfriendly mods)

Good afternoon everyone, I'm looking for something in which I could use your help. I like to make picture stories and given that skyrim with enb looks fantastic, I'm trying to find some more contemporary looking mods. To be more specific I'm looking for modern houses or buildings and clothing. I already found Halo's fantastic Skyrim Academy and I would like to see if there are more of those mods around here. Any help is very appreciated.

EDIT:

I'd recommend these mods. They're all packs and suitable for everyone. They're all standalone except for the ones with WARNING!

Original files are always in the description, if you can't find it just look for "original" with CTRL+F.

Also most mods making female clothing are very sexual so sorry if you think these mods are to much revealing.

There are many more clothing mods but these are the most modern day in my opinion.

I am also working on some modern orthodontic braces and headgear plus a custom race that uses them. I have it completed but I am having ISP problems and cant upload anything atm.

May be threadnecromancy but the aether suit fits the thread very well. In fact I stumbled over this thread googling for modern house mods. The aether suit combines the academy, photostudio and a modern city.

It's part of the Aether Suite now (on the right of that page, in big bold letters it says "Looking for the latest Aether Suite?", and the link is right below it).

 

You can find a spell tome at the College that will teach you a spell to teleport there. Or you can just use the console and type:

 

help "Aether Suite"

 

and then add the book to your inventory and learn the spell that way. Then just use the spell and teleport there. You'll enter a room with different doors and stuff, go to the one that says school, and voila, you're there.
