The Milk shot is a static Idle pose , and the milk spray is a effect that have been used several times on screenshots its made via photoshop.

 

I dont know the exact pose mod or pose sorry. I only found a pose manager of oblivion I hope something like this will be made for skyrim to have an Complitaion of poses.

There's no exact "milk pose" here. It's just one of the many poses from Halo's Pin Up Pose Mod, the tongue is from Equipable Tongues and the skeleton hands are from Lady Death customized by 7keys to fit his character's body.

And if it comes to 7keys in general, he's not really modder himself, I mean I don't know if he ever released anything to public and be known for it, but anyways he's a game graphic designer from Japan so it's most likely he's used to Blender, 3Ds and all that stuff so he made his own custom body with bodyslide and converts every armor to suit his character, but doesn't release them to public.

 

 

Besides, does anybody know a good BBP idle? The current one I'm using comes from Elvira Redone compilation mod, but it keeps breasts tilt up which messes a bit armors and stuff.

In the first picture, the one on the left appears to be Lady Bat to me.  UNPB version is on b3lisario's UNPB conversions, it's #73.  The stockings look to be a custom texture or maybe from another mod.

 

 

There is also Aradia Lace Dress for CBBE.
