Look for Bodyslide Armor and Clothes List V2 in the forums. Go to the 5th page and down to about the 14th post. Look for Lexlucis and click on the link. There is both a chainmail and non-chainmail version included in the download.

Eiries made the eye himself. Well, you can download the Xidix follower mod (eye included) that was made from that very character from TES general. I don't know if the follower version's eye glows or not. It may be something that the author reserved for private use.
