Northgirl is by anka01 and the collar is bear jewelry, part of SydneyB's Ashara Dimonized Dress and Jewelry. Best I can figure, "Golgappa" does CHSHBC mods/conversions and I don't see any conversions of either of these items on Nexus. 1) in this picture you can not see UNP version, it is CHSBHC, you can see from the breast (size). The collar is not from Northgirl, so it would not be included in any conversion of Northgirl. I have no idea if the collar will fit on CHSBHC as I do not use that body type.

The shorts are from Dungeon Explorer, gloves and boots are from Triss outfit. Cann't remember the link for Dungeon Explorer (two outfits), you'll find different variants of Triss on Nexus.

Anywho, I actually tried doing that today. The textures are positioned far differently than Skyrim's are so texture conversion is a major pain in the butt. =/
