She's made using ECE and other mods. If you look at sanhoshin's image gallery, some of the mods are listed, but no - there's no simple save file for you to download.

(If you have ECE - use the included YGNORD Race). The Armor is Babarian Explorer - only available for UNP( UNPB ) and SevenBase. The Hair is from SG Hairpack (i think - he loves to use SG Hair Pack)

I'm pretty sure the hair is from SG Hairpack because I use Apachii and I don't recognize that particular style.

It also uses slot 35 (amulet). The alt is in the "Data\meshes\Bone Necklace\Alt" folder. Bone Necklace V1

The guy who made the thread says that it's the, "Temptress race, however the face/body texture and necklace are private." Sorry but I can't really help you out a lot there. Although it looks to be edited SG Body Textures. Not sure if this helps but there's not much I can do about it. :L

Sliders are unknown, just play around with ECE basically.
