I was just going to say the same. The game crashes instantly when I try to assign the Vilicus Contubernalis. My error log shows nothing about this. Only like few 50 messages about failing of an ai agent to join a random scheme.

You need to use Character Body Overhual and in the game rules there should be a setting called "revealing clothes" or something like that in the Regula Magistri 2 section. Sadly Phaze's version does not work with regula to have that revealing clothing setting and im not smart enough to attempt to make it work.

I am confused about how to get the trait experience for domination in the magister trait. I have tried a number of interactions, but it's still at 5 experience.

it is not implemented yet, there  is a  post with console command for  fixing it for now

I should have a good update out tomorrow, mostly fixing a lot of the main issues right now.
I've added a lot of ways to gain experience for the Magister trait, also temp fixed the prowess councillor crash by turning it to marshal, still want to figure out whats going on there.

Heres a small sneak peak at a new contract type though, please excuse the low graphics, when I run debug mode I want the game to be as fast as possible 😅
The usage of the newest AI coding tools is going to open up a lot of new avenues to flesh out content in the mod, thats for sure. Its pretty incredible honestly, its like I can code with a small team instead of just chugging along at a one man pace!

Also, since I'm feeling generous, heres an even further sneak peak at some of the other "lewd" contracts coming down the line. Hopefully the names don't give to much away 😆

looking forward to it, do u know what time itll be released? also what causes contracts to spawn? idk if u fixed it but when i was playing as a cultist i hardly got any contacts

I'm still playing 1.14 with this mod, since it can't adapt quite a lot of mods in the new version. Well, more because I haven't updated the other mods and don't know if they are compatible.

Awesome to hear Ban. Definitely looking forward to it. In my limited experience working with AI to debug my own little minimods, it is incredibly useful.

EDIT: Forgot to mention 2 things. One, I love the implications of those new contract icons.

Two, a suggestion for the mod. Given how easy it can be to accumulate too many children, it would be nice if we had the option as part of 'altering the well of souls', to be able to reduce our own fertility. Personally, I routinely make my own edits to this mod to turn down the fertility of both the Magister and the Palecies. I find it makes the playthroughs both more manageable and enjoyable. That said, an option to reduce player fertility by 50, 100, or even 1000% (to overcome other fert buffs) would in my personal opinion be a good addition.

As promised, putting out an update now,
I added the Matchmaker contract, the other ones are still very WIP.
I've added lots of ways to gain Magister trait XP so that should be a lot more doable now, but still have to balance it etc.

This version was a very huge internal refactor to ensure from a error log perspective / override perspective RM is back on track, there will still be balancing issues and other bugs to iron out but now I can do longer playtests at least.

I am also very interested on feedback on the Matchmaker contract so let me know what you think!

I had the same bug, but I fixed it by disabling a mod that affected either religion or interface (sorry I can't remember which one).  Try disabling such mods as a test, and see if it works.  It wasn't Regula -- it's a conflict with another mod -- both working perfectly, but not together.

So for testing I did a full tyrannical evil run. I managed to get even the soulless husk concubines to hate me entirely with tyranny at 947. I'm wondering for the mod, since they're soulless husks, shouldn't they be designed to ignore pretty much anything "bad" or anything that gives a negative opinion of character?

Suggestion for the Regula Govt: Maybe make it more similar to a Meritocratic govt type, or have an option for a Meritocratic type or an Admin type? I know making a Meritocratic govt alongside the Admin type could be tedious, but it would also make the mod have more reach with being in China or East Asia in general.

so far this is the only weirdness Ive found. Started as an adventurer, never actually saw any of the new contracts before becoming landed

if I click the new magistirian faith button I get a base with all 3 of the proper tenants

The latest file version I've downloaded is missing the entire faiths folder? Could it be verified that this is occurring for other people? I've redownloaded the mod 3 times and no faiths folder is found within the files. 

Edit: ok I was looking in/for the wrong folders, so that's on me. However, I still don't find the regula faiths in the faiths tab, nor are they listed in the debug console. I'm gonna try using just RM and see if it is a mod conflict.

Edit again: I have confirmed it was a mod conflict, I believe with an outdated faith mod that I had accidentally skipped over when pruning my mod list.

On another note, any plans for a Famuli special regiment (like the Regula Phylanx/Valkyries) for the East Asian areas? Regula Samurai for Japan, maybe Handgunners for China? Some kind of Skirmisher type for SEA, like the Pelisats or a version of the Viking Raiders?

actually I lied in my last post there was one other weird thing I ran into as a norse adventurer, I just dont know if its RM based or not. I had set my camp as cultists so it might be but almost every Jarldom I moved my camp into immediately declared me a criminal
