They both just as evil as AM, but their actions and plans make them more worse!

Constructed entities always fall into a grey area as far as I am concerned, both as far as villainy and heroism go. Are they evil or are the humans who made them that way to blame?

The same holds true for The Transformers Generation 1 in my mind. The Decepticons were built by the Quintessons to be mass produced soldiers to sell to militaries on planets across the galaxy. Even when they gained their freedom, they maintained their desire to wage war.

Can the Quints take full culpability or do the Deceps take some of it for exceeding their programming by acting autonomously (which would make them defective goods if that was not intended)?

Was Unicron evil or was Primacron the only one at fault for building him to absorb the universe before remaking in his image?

Is the first Mega Man/Rock Man a hero since he was made to fight Wily's robots to protect humankind?

In Stellar Blade, did the Naytiba earn their downfall by creating Mother Sphere and the Andro-Eidos and programming them to think of themselves as 'human', leading to them replacing the old flawed organic humans who were monsters in their eyes? Is Eve evil if she chooses to kill the Elder Naytiba?

Yes!

If the creator have given his/her intention, good or bad, to his/her creation. Then they both on same boat!

In the case of evil, it doesn't matter if the creation have chosen or not. At the end of the day, it is a problem for everyone else! And the creator is part of it!
