Cause CAPCOM make all clothes that didn't fully cover da chest part, contain da Sports bra. Long story short ........ almost every cloth has it own Sports bra. So the author don't want to take so much time "duplication of effort" just replace & adjust every sport bra in cloth .......... obviously. ? The reason we don't have a versatile avatar mod yet is because not only would every top and every bottom need to be changed, but even shoes and socks mess with the model for some reason. Seems to me that it's possible but tedious, so it might not be a one-person job.

Instead of fixing the bra on the character model and saving work on the other parts, NO, the devs had to put the damn bra on EVERY item of clothing... That sounds dumb from a development point of view. Or... They were envisioning reverse engineering to spice things up... ? No... Impossible that they thought so far ahead. We're talking about Capcom...

My female character has a sizable bust that has a noticeable jiggle when wearing certain pieces of clothing, like the open shirt and the vest piece. Very noticeable, specially in cutscenes.

It might be that the breasts are somewhat rigged to move as if they were jiggling when your character moves his/her upper torso with said clothing, but this is what I captured in one of the cutscenes in WT. I do prefer the original bewb dimensions though and BrutalAce is planning to release multiple versions of her. Khaled historically has only released one version of a nude model.
